Great phone, it's like an iPhone but rugged. The quality is incomparable to the umidigi or the ule phone that I had before

The sound from internal ear speaker ,stopped after 3 months. so it only works on speakerphone. With only around an apartment use. The phone is sold as rugged but ive had phones that lasted years that were not phones to be used by construction workers. The andoid os on this cat phone is stuck at 13 and will not accept any security updates so many banking apps wont work. neither will google pay. I would think the phone should be under warranty after only 90 days but haven't a clue ,whom to call. I read online that even though the amazon listing says 12 month warranty there likely isnt any warranty because the company is out of business.

The phone works well and it really is rugged. I've had it a few months now and it looks almost like new. It came brand-new sealed in box, setup was easy, and it works considerably better than my previous Samsung A5. It is a bit bulky but does not require a case for protection - it's actually less bulky than a slim phone in decent case. The battery life is not great but it will go for a few days with battery saver on. I've been recommending this to people who are unhappy with their more expensive phones.

Have only had this phone for 5 months and it stopped holding a charge. Was still under warranty seller was amazing and sent a new one. Phones arent the greatest but the seller is great and understanding
