Well made Ottoman bed. Very solid and parts fit well. Loads of room underneath and looks stylish. Would buy again at this price. Mechanism is soft and lifts easily. Good height with a good mattress.

Easy to put together & great storage room underneath. The small double size is great for those who want a double bed but don't have a lot of room. Great bed for a reasonable price.

Feels like a good quality, frames are solid, leather feels good, Delivery was very fast and even called me to ask if I am home. Only down side is that 4 screws are too short fit the bed support pole.

I was a little dubious about ordering, since some reviews rated poorly and others excellent. I decided to order and check for myself on delivery. The two packages arrived promptly with a slight delay. Before assembling I checked all the parts were there. Easy to follow step-by-step instructions and assemble with clear diagrams. Initially, pleased with the results, though felt the padding under the faux leather was very thin. Since assembling 3 weeks ago, I’ve accidentally caught my leg TWICE on the sharp corner at the bottom end. This has resulted in firstly, a nasty bruise and secondly, quite a bad cut. I’ve reported this to the manufacturer, saying the padding overall is very thin and inadequate, especially on the edges and sharp corners. Their response “the padding is adequate” which I disagree with. THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD, especially if you have limited space to manoeuvre around the bottom end of the bed.

This arrived in two boxes, one of which was extremely heavy. I called for help to take it upstairs for me - not a negative comment, just a warning. Well-packed; all pieces, fittings, etc present including all the tools needed to construct the bed. These were packed very neatly inside the zipped headboard. Smart idea! Clear assembly instructions, easy to follow. They say that this should be put together by two people and will take about 90 minutes. I'm a 69 yr old woman and I put it together by myself (even got the hydraulic bits right!) - took me about 3 1/2 hours, mainly because I had to stop now and then because I have a bad back or I might have completed it more quickly. The most difficult thing to do in my opinion was to attach the fabric underside to the velcro on the frame! Probably not a project for a flat-pack newbie - however it was at least ten times better than many pieces of furniture I have fought to put together! I now have a supremely comfortable good looking bedframe, but be warned as above .. it's quite heavy both in the box and after assembly, and not something you'd be moving about every week.
