After using and snapping rubber resistance bands I needed some material ones that would stand the test of time, not roll down and looked good. I can say that these bands can attest to all of the points I wanted them for. I haven’t used them yet so can’t talk on the stretch yet, but they are made of thick quality fabric and I can tell they won’t roll down. Packaging is great, and you get a little ‘how to card’ with some stretches in to start you off. The only thing I would suggest is a stopper on the tie of the bag to keep it tied tight, other than that, fantastic product!

These are great! Soooo much better than the rubber bands that roll up and don’t stay in place, those also stretch out after use. I won’t be buying those ever again now that I’ve discovered these heavy duty, well made, versions! Durable! Stay out! Even have grips so they stay put, and challenging weight resistance. These are a staple now in my home gym!
