They also gave me a free dolchi for storing it . i am really impressed with the quality and the texture of this ghee is really thick . I eat it daily and it makes my food even more tastier than ever. This is genuinely one of the best A2 gir cow ghee I have tried.The aroma is rich and authentic – you can smell the purity the moment you open the jar. The taste is clean, nutty, and deeply satisfying without any off-flavours. It has a beautiful golden colour and a smooth, grainy texture when it solidifies, which is a sign of good-quality desi ghee.I use it for everyday cooking, tadka, and even in bullet coffee and warm milk. I had previously purchased ROSIER A2 Gir Cow Ghee in the smaller packs 3–4 times and was quite happy with the quality. That good experience is exactly why I decided to order the 5L pack.Unfortunately, this 5L pack has been extremely disappointing. The consistency feels completely different from the smaller packs I received earlier. Even in warm weather, the ghee remains unusually solid and does not melt the way I would expect ghee to.The aroma and taste are also disappointing. When used for cooking, I hardly get the characteristic ghee aroma, especially once the food cools down. I have also noticed throat irritation/coughing after consuming this particular pack, which makes me uncomfortable using it further.I cannot say whether this is a batch issue, storage issue, or something else, but there is a very noticeable difference compared with the smaller packs I bought earlier.What makes this particularly disappointing is that I was a repeat customer. I bought the 5L pack only because the smaller packs had given me confidence in the brand. If the quality becomes inconsistent when customers move to larger packs, the brand risks losing exactly those customers who trusted the product enough to buy more.I hope ROSIER takes this seriously, investigates this batch and resolves the issue. As things stand, I would be very hesitant to purchase again.
