How to you get the pir to stop sensing after 4 registers in 3 mins?

Solution: Take off the ''black Short circuit cap'' on J4 (PCB board), previous it covers two pins, just let it cover one pin, then it would go to sleeping mode.(4 register in 3mins). If not clear, pls mail us : support@jcheng-security.com , we would send you the photo of setting.

Does it work with rm pro? and does each sensor have its own ID so I can sent up front door open, back door open ect

Each sensor has it's own code. I don't know if the rm pro will read this code. Perhaps buy one and try it.

HI, will this pair with a sonoff rf bridge please? they are 433mhz and not compatible with rolling codes

Yes they work fine but just the one code is sent from the pir
