**Q: Can this be used instead of bullnose laminate stair edging? If the laminate doesn't come with it's own nosing?**
A: Why not? The nosing is a safe and professional finish.

**Q: Can these be used on external stairs**
A: That's exactly what I've done with mine. Looks great on my newly painted grey front door step!! I guess the rubber will perish a little quicker (in sunlight) than when used internally but the aluminum should be fine. Go for it!

**Q: how to cut to size**
A: Hi there,

A: Yes, just one piece. If it is for stairs, you will need one for each step. I used it for a bathroom door when fitting laminate.
