Fantastic, great steam pressure for floors! We use this to clean the whole kitchen and the inside of all our windows. Attachments all work well, can’t fault this product.

It's ok but noisy plus trigger button hurts hands after a while.

Have used for first time today. I tried it out on my kitchen and hall floors- both LVT. Am really impressed with the cleaning power, and the fact that it does not leave the floors soaking wet- they dry in no time. I'm 74 yo and I feel this is really going to make cleaning my home so much easier than conventional methods. Its very easy to manouvere, and the length of the hose and the cord means no need for changing power points for different rooms. So far I am delighted with my purchase - ps - lots of attatchment so glad Ibought the compatible bag to store. (Not the dupray bag - a bit pricey)

Haven’t used this to its full potential yet but so far I’m impressed. Great carry bag that keeps everything in the right place. I originally bought a cheapest steamer but returned it as you get what you pay for and I wanted to invest in something that was going to last me and be man enough for the jobs that I wanted to do.

The Dupray Neat steam cleaner is well-built and well-designed, of very good quality and easy to use with clear instructions. The parts are easy to slot together and to change after use. The large grey box contains the water for conversion into steam, like everything else it's sturdy, and it has a neat lift-up handle for moving the unit around and for easy storage. It heats up super-fast and is ready to use with in about 1 1/2-2 minutes. I've found the cleaner effective for a range of cleaning tasks, from cleaning and sanitising my kitchen floor, to tackling grouting and even a grill pan with baked on dirt - this is definitely the easiest way I could've cleaned it, although a spare wire cleaning attachment for this purpose would be appreciated. The part I find most difficult is keeping the trigger squeezed all the time as I don't have a great deal of hand strength - a start/stop button would be a lot easier for me to use. The one thing I haven't yet found a way of doing is carpet cleaning: a smooth broad attachment can be used on some cleaners to give carpets a quick freshen up when needed. The task I'm looking forward to trying next is my window tracks. It's great to have parts for cleaning floors, upholstery, cookers, tough metal and even a window tool, with a choice of washable cloths and pads - the kit is certainly comprehensive. A storage bag for all the parts is a must, although I'll look for my own rather than pay an additional £30 for the kit with a storage bag. The unit is quite large - you need either a whole spare empty cupboard to fit it, and/or a utility space. I think ours is going to have live in the garage until such a day as we have a utility room, but I'm still very glad to have it there. The Neat steam cleaning unit is certainly versatile. In terms of value for money, it's difficult to compare as it's a lot more substantial to some of the smaller units which can't be used to clean so many parts of the home; it almost feels like a piece of professional cleaning kit. I think if you are doing a whole room or whole house deep clean, have a rental or holiday home to clean and sanitise regularly, a caravan, general spring cleaning or even someone in the home who needs surfaces to be kept extra-clean then this is a super-useful acquisition.

Game changer! Absolutely love it! Heats up fast, easy to use, it gets everything spotless without chemicals. Feels solid and does a proper job on tiles, grout and floors. Worth every penny, I recommend

This device is amazing I recently got new kitchen floor tiles and we build on an extension and added tiles too. The dust was terrible! This device is incredible at getting the floors clean, the counter tops, the oven. It is a powerful clean stream product grease gone no additional products needed!

Useless equipment used 1 time & no more steaming & pressure. I wonder how this equipment got so much likes n 5 star. Do not recommend at all.
