O Olive California Aged Sherry Vinegar, 10.1 oz

This might seem expensive for a bottle of vinegar but I use it in my favorite salad dressing. The cost per serving is not that high. The recipe is one part olive oil, one part lemon juice, one part of the Sherry vinegar, and some dried oregano. It doesn’t taste like a diet or low oil dressing. It is delicious.

Excellent! Highly recommend! Straight out of the bottle it is strong, but that changes drastically when added to a salad. Mild and amazingly delicious!

It's really nice! Makes a gorgeous vinergette bright and subtle fruity. Absolutely delicious with a little garlic and good olive oil.

I've been using traditional Spanish Sherry Vinegar for years and never had it from anywhere else. When I saw this was made in California, I wanted to try it since I always prefer to support local farmers/business. This is very good, not quite as pungent but lower acidity and toxins. Some of the Spanish Brands add bad stuff. You can use this straight on greens or I use it on a traditional bread/crouton salad. Also my favorite is a vegan "creamy" dressing by mixing sherry vinegar, veganaise, garlic/onion powder, salt and pepper or a sweet version using dijon and maple syrup.

Product is fine. Packaging was not. No bubble wrap on glass bottle in the box which was partially crushed.
