Love the clipe design, better than DJI with the magnet clip. It also doesn't accidentally press your volume or lock buttons, and it moves smoothly, decent battery life

Great product and great customer service! The app is easy to use and set up, the remote is very responsive, and the device itself generally works great. When I did recently run into an issue where it stopped turning on properly, I called Hohem's customer service; they picked up quickly, diagnosed the issue easily, and when we determined it could not be fixed on my end, promptly sent me a replacement. I very much appreciated them easily honoring the warranty without trying to find the "gotcha" reason it was somehow exempt from warranty coverage, like you often run into. They even worked with me to get my replacement sooner so that I would have it for the project I was currently working on. It was something they didn't have to do, and I think it really shows they care about their customers and providing great customer service. Overall, the product works great, and when problems did arise, they quickly, easily, and kindly did all they could to make it right!

Good especially remote ,still some days more how this withstands

This gimbal stabiliser is very well made and works well. Once paired to the app it allows you to produce very professional videos. It comes well packaged and have had it in use for several months now and would fully recommend to others looking for this type of product. I have no idea what the company's after sales services like as I have not had cause to use it.
