It does what it promises
It does what it promises. 2 tablets with two large glasses of water, half an hour before meals, and the ravenous hunger is gone. 3 times a day, for a total of 6 tablets.

I have seen a difference in my attitude toward food and I’m less likely to eat without thinking between meals It would be easier if it was 3 a day not 6 but you don’t have to I guess

Strong, weird taste
I never had issues with this product before, however, this time (order placed on 8th Aug 2023) it had a very unpleasant smell and taste.

Good diet supplement
They worked really well for me. Initially I started taking only one capsule before or with a meal, it was enough to make me feel full. Now I am taking two per meal, I guess it depends on how hungry I am. Right after having them I feel a bit too bloated (and wanting to burp) but after 15-20 minutes it goes away and makes me feel fuller for longer. 5 stars as it does what it says

Weight Loss Coach Trialling These
I’m blogging about these daily out of interest as a weight loss coach (Boom Weight Loss and Fitness) on social media for anybody who wants to see the results - but so far they are really positive. I’m now two weeks in and there is a noticeable difference in the food noise especially when this time of year (January) is especially tough… wet, cold, dark and all those cravings calling following the extras over Christmas. For the price they are you’ve got nothing to lose!
