Though not quite as large as the LotFancy's included ice pack, they fit inside easily. We'd just use two on each side. These are soft gel pack ice packs, so even when "frozen" they are flexible, so you can lay your head down on them and still be comfortable - just what you need on aching jaws after wisdom teeth surgery. We liked having these on hand as we were able to keep several frozen at a time and have plenty to switch out with the warm ones. They seemed to chill pretty quickly and lasted through all of our "20 minutes on, 20 minutes off" rotations for those crucial first 24 hours after surgery. We're still keeping a few of these in the freezer for minor injuries.
