I had a few fails in my Instant Pot yogurt attempts, so I started searching for solutions. This product came up. Ordinarily I stay well away from such ultra processed milk, but regular milk required boiling first anyway and nailing the 110 degree temp window to add your yogurt starter was tricky. Fairlife bypasses that step because its already been exposed to high heat, and boiling regular milk is the same as ultra processing, so I tried it. Froth the heck out of it with the starter portion then pour into jars (or whatever you like), set for 10 hours then refrigerate for 5. Done. No fillers, gums, added sugars, thickeners, etc. Best of all I can finally enjoy something that has a good dose of protein, minimal sugar and decent calcium. Puts store bought yogurt to shame (I’ve never like it at all). (I sweeten mine with stevia drops and fresh fruit). So dust off that Yogurt button on your Instant Pot and give it a try!

I've been buying this milk for years and just love it. It's lactose free and ultra pasteurized and it tastes great. The Big takeaway is that Amazon sells it much cheaper than the grocery store and delivers.

Great taste and not as calorie or sugar dense as regular milk. Even Noom lists it as a Green food. It even seems to taste "creamier." Although more expensive than standard milk, it lasts much longer once opened and stored in the fridge.
