This is a great Olive Oil for both cooking, salads, vegetables, meat tenderizer, and so much more. It has a great flavor and very consistent after using many bottles over the past few years. We have purchased this product from our local grocery store, until one day they ran out, and could not tell me when they would receive their next order. Then I went on YouTube to see what other brands have very similar quality. There was not anything that has this awesome quality such as (Family Owned, phone number, bottle number, type of press, certification, etc.) and a great price. There was one thing that concerned me and that was the plastic bottle that Amazon delivered it in. So, I called the phone number on the bottle (spoke with a person, not a machine) and was advised the plastic bottling did not absorb the ingredients in the oil, it was less expensive, and it was a lot more durable for international shipping than glass bottles. With this information I feel that I had to give a review and explain why I give them 5 Stars, I would give them more if I could, and I will give some away as gifts to my friends. A great produce. A great price. A great Family that works hard to provide for your family and make planet Earth a better place for everyone to live.

This is a very nice, single source olive oil. It has a good flavor, passes all the genuine tests and is priced well. I would give it the absolute highest rating except it is not in a glass bottle. It is still a good olive oil and I will buy it again.

This olive oil is very different from my favorite brand which is Atlas. Price of Atlas has become prohibitive so looking for less expensive alternatives. Mina is much heavier with a slightly bitter taste. Not entirely disagreeable and entirely useable for salads, etc. Trying to acquire a taste for the Mina. Gave five stars because Mina seems of good quality just different in taste and heaviness which many may prefer. Mina comes in a plastic bottle which may account for the lower price since both brands are from Morocco.

For quite an extensive period of time, I have been very satisfied consuming a wonderful California Olive Oil. No regrets. I wanted, however, an Olive Oil with a higher level polyphenols that I can still use for frying eggs or cooking a salmon steak. Since both activities do not involve high temperature and long cooking time, it was my assumption that this 'Mina Moroccan Olive Oil' could give me the higher nutrition what I was looking for. I have no realistic way to know if cooking my eggs and salmon is or is not killing the higher polyphenols, but being produced by a single family and the price of this 'Mina Moroccan Olive Oil' being within my budget, I rolled my dice and decided to order it. I am not an expert in the kitchen, but I am very satisfied with my decision to start using this 'Mina Moroccan Olive Oil' for my simple cooking as well as my salads.
