Compact and waterproof
This is a great diary for weight training if a compact size is convenient. It’s also waterproof, which is handy for swimmers too. Pros - Good quality diary, with quality paper - Compact size - Waterproof paper, which doesn’t smudge (e.g. won’t get ruined if you spill your water bottle on it) - Works for swimming as well as the gym, thanks to water proofing Cons - Compact size won’t suit people with large handwriting - Limited space to detail cardio (e.g. not much space to record several different cardio intervals on the same page) In summary, this is definitely one of the higher quality gym diaries I’ve used. It’s best suited to recording weight training, but the waterproof paper is a real benefit. I’ll buy this diary again.
