Purchased in addition to my son’s chemistry equipment. Great quality, very sturdy and made with high end materials. Strong enough to hold things in place but with the ability to keep your glassware safe from breaking or damage. Purchased more later and will in the future.

I’ve had problems in the past trying to purchase retort stands from Amazon. They usually arrive with missing items. To my surprise, this stand came with all three rings, all three clamps, and all three clamp holders. It could possibly be a bit more sturdy, but for the money, this is hard to beat. Definitely recommend.

I selected this chiefly for the cast-iron base. I wanted something good and heavy, like we used in school. The weight is perhaps a bit less than I'd like, but there's a second hole drilled in the middle of the stand, which I used bolt it to the workbench. Now it's rock-solid, and no way it's going to fall over. It came with three transverse connectors of quite good quality; three solidly made rings of assorted sizes; two flask clamps, which are just a bit wobbly due to the jaws being made of stamped metal, but nevertheless hold a flask securely and are quite serviceable; and a three-fingered burette clamp, again, a little wobbly, but perfectly serviceable. The clamps are solidly fastened to the steel arms with two thick metal pins, so there's no danger of them falling apart, and the connector that fastens it to the column is well-built. Despite the 'wobbly' impression of the clamps, the manufacturer has taken full care with the features that matter. You can't beat it for the price, and despite the mild shortcomings, I expect to be using it for years to come.

I purchased the VEVOR Laboratory Grade Metalware Set for my lab, and it's been an absolute game-changer. The premium iron construction is both durable and reliable, perfect for daily use. The accessories that come with this ring stand are actually decent and may be worth the price. The ring stand itself has a fatal flaw which is the rod goes through the stand to a bolt and even when completely tightened never really is very solid and there is a lot of movement in the rod. Others have noted this. The Eisco unit that Amazon also sells has the threading in the base and the rod is solid and has good threading and generally does not exhibit this behavior. Owning both of these stands, I recommend the Eisco over the Vevor. The Eisco is more expensive, though, but you get a nice unit. And I am a Vevor fan, I have several of their items including an ultrasonic cleaner, a distiller, and an autotransformer. All those are good units (buy those!). This ring stand leaves a lot to be desired.

This stand is super nice, built well, holds equipment solidly in place and reasonably priced. Worked so well, I bought a 2nd one.

This is sturdy and robust and ideal for distillation, reflux, or holding sep funnels. I will warn that you MUST make sure this stand rests level on perfectly flat surface. Also, make sure the weight of what you are supporting is balanced properly. If necessary, clamp stand to table if it wants to tip. Otherwise this stand will provide years of trouble free use!

Il supporto è ben fatto, i supporti sono utilissimi perché di tre tipi diversi e in numero di 2 per ciascuno. La base è stabile pur non essendo pesante. Per il prezzo pagato, a mio parere, è un ottimo prodotto

Plastiche scadenti, odore nauseabondo e cedono di consistenza quando scaldi il vetro che devono reggere. filettature spanate. Base di metallo poco adatta a reggere un pallone da laboratorio da litro pieno. Il prodotto non vale quanto costa.
