I found a YouTube video for use for golfers / tennis elbow. **Q: I have tennis elbow and have been using this for three days but the pain is getting worse..is this what normally happens before the elbow gets better?** A: You will feel some pain in the beginning, but itt does get better. Make sure you rest one day in between, and maybe do fewer reps until your arm gets a little more used to the exercise. I love mine, and I do believe it helped my elbow and arm get better faster. I will use it regularly to keep my arms stronger in an effort to reduce future arm strain. Keep up the work, and good luck. **Q: How do I know which weight bar to try?** A: I am rehabbing from shoulder surgery and have therefore chosen the weight my PT directed me to. I have also used this for elbow epicondylitis and that was also the red one. **Q: Is this bar "light" or "extra-Light"?
