Yes; standard screw-on connection. I purchased a separate hose and gauge kit myself.

Does it fit with Honda accord 2003 ex 4 cylinders?

You bought a refill can to pair with the hose and gauge that comes with the installation kit, this product assumes that you already have the gauge and hose. And as stated elsewhere if your vehicle is 1994 or newer it takes this refrigerant!
