４０代に入ってから髪の毛が細くなってきたことが気になっていたのでこちらを摂取。 水入らずでがりがりと噛んで摂取。ヨーグルト風な味で悪くない。 自分の中では髪の毛がぜったいにぶっとくなって、髪の毛を束ねたときに地肌がうっすらと見えそうなところが見えなくなったので効いている確信している。続けて飲みます。
