TopACE A14 - PC Sleeve Bag 15.4 Inch A14-E02H

I was really struggling to find a case suitable for the new MacBook Pro 16” as this was a size they’d never done before. Apple themselves were only selling leather cases that are actually meant for the 15” and had marked the edges of people’s laptops (at a much greater cost might I add). The first thing to say about this case is that the inside is very soft and the laptop fits perfectly. The zip is made in such a way that it will not mark the casing of your laptop also. The zip is side mounted. Also the front compartment (which was a main selling point for me) has 3 elastic sections inside - I carry around the power cable, a USB-C hub and a selection of other cables including HDMI and audio cables. Everything sits perfectly in place. The material seems sturdy but I have only been using it a few months so can’t really comment - I am hoping it will last the life of the laptop.

Good quality laptop bag. Esp love the four corners with protection. The pockets are great to store my mouse etc.

For my new Samsung laptop I tried a number of cases - hard sided and soft sided. This was the clear winner. The hard-sided cases with the laptop in it made the carry too heavy due to the materials the cases were made of. So I returned them. This is the only soft-sided cases I tried and what a surprise. First the laptop fits in with a snug but not tight fit. I don't want it moving around nor do I want it so tight that getting it in and out would be tedious. The second thing is that the drop corners are have additional protection should gravity take the cases with the machine in it. I have never dropped a laptop but there is always a first time. If it was in the case and fell off a table or I lost my grip I know the machine would be OK. There is also a compartment for your battery and cord. The hard cases I tried didn't have this compartment and you had to carry your battery in a separate pouch. Finally the case has a side zipper and not a top load zipper. You slide the laptop into the case. It makes sliding the laptop into the case easier and safer than the typical top load. The product designer deserves kudos for this design. All in all this is a great case and it is well priced.

Amazing protective case. Inner lining is super soft and amazing at protecting from any scratches or damages to the laptop. Handle is such a no-brainer and is extremely useful for carrying around. Would recommend this to everyone wanting to protect their expensive investment in a MacBook.
