EZ Bombs Birria Bomb Seasoning 2-Pack: Authentic Mexican Spice Mix for Tacos, Burritos, Nachos & Q

I very rarely leave reviews on Amazon but these Birria Bombs undoubtedly deserve to be praised. I have been chasing a Birria high ever since I had it at a small Mexican restaurant in Thailand (weird, I know). I now live in Scotland and have tried Birria multiple times from different places and it’s never been satisfying, I had almost given up… thank goodness I didn’t because wow! Not only is this so incredibly easy to make but it is so unbelievably delicious and vibrant. It’s everything I wanted and more. EZ Bombs have a customer for life and I couldn’t be happier that I tried them out. The price seemed a bit steep but for the quantity it makes I think it’s completely reasonable!!

My son loves tacos and cannot stop asking for this. I previously used the brand that starts with “L,” but no more. It was too salty and my son did not like it too much. I just decided to try this based on the reviews and success. I tried my own recipe, but it just did not taste as great as this. Definitely getting more of these.Pros- Flavor is great and better than other taco seasonings I have used. Its not salty which is something I don’t like with other taco seasonings- Very easy to use, instructions are simple to follow.- Taste is great, but you can always add your own special touch to zest it up to your liking- Spiciness is not an issue because it is not spicy at all- Very effective in giving authentic taste without the trial and error of getting the correct blends or not having something an ingredient requires.- Aroma is very pleasant, makes your stomach grumble to taste it- Time-saving in not having to spend time shopping for several different ingredients- Value for money with the amount of seasoning you get in the packetCons- Cheaper price from Amazon would keep me from getting it from their competitor store where I don't have to wait for shipment to arrive

Latina here who decided to not put in the time and didn't want a messy, hot kitchen , so i opted to finally give in and try the birria bomb. not bad, not bad at all! my only comment is that it doesn't have any heat to it so id definitely add a chile or something to raise the heat level a bit. I also used beef broth instead of water for more flavor. used with my pressure cooker and it came out perfect! def recommend and will buy again.

Love these Birria Bombs, they're easy to use and from what my Hispanic friends say the flavor is spot on.

We were impressed by all of the great reviews but we were truly unprepared for how this simple little ball could result in the most incredibly flavorful, tender and delicious meat! We used a 5lb Chuck Roast and I resisted the urge to add anything else aside from the water it called for on the back of the bag. OH. MY. GAWD!! What came out of our crockpot was a spectacular! We used part of the meltingly tender meat to make traditional Birria tacos. We then used the leftovers for scrumptious hot beef sandwiches and on another day, we had the meat over a bowl of hot, buttery mashed potatoes! After separately storing the meat and the resulting broth, I chilled the broth overnight causing the fat to rise to the surface and solidify. This made it super easy to remove and discard the fat. I then brought some of the rich broth back up to a simmer on the stove with a cornstarch slurry and made some of the most outrageous beef gravy we had ever tasted! The bag contains 2 "bombs" and honestly I thought it was a bit on the pricey side before we tried it. But, we have gotten at least 5 different and delicious meals out of it thus far and we still have some meat and about 3 cups of the de-fatted broth in the freezer for future meals. I give these EZ BIRRIA BOMBS my highest recommendation for quality, convenience and outstanding flavor, and will definitely buy them again!

Coming from an hispanic/mexican making this review, I can confirm this tastes very authentic. Probably even better than any other birria that I’ve tried. It’s so mouth watering flavorful. We can’t get enough of it. I 100% recommend these bombs to anyone who loves birria and wants something that’s quick and easy to make. It isn’t spicy by the way. What I also did was replace one of the cups of water with a cup of beef broth to enhance the flavor. Remember yall can add your own twists to it.
