They were okay but looked cheaper than I was expecting
These weren't as nice as I was hoping/expecting. All the reviews made them seem nicer than they really are. They are very thin, and although the design on the handle is "nice", it doesn't make up for the overall flimsy and cheap look. We bought them for our wedding and ultimately used them because we already got them & time was running out. They weren't horrible and luckily they look better in photographs than in person (cause that's all that matters anyways haha). There isn't a lot of bend/curve in the fork part like I'd expect in a utensil. Similarly, the matching spoons were extremely extremely shallow, barely had a shape at all.But I do suppose you get what you pay for :) these are very inexpensive in comparison to the bamboo ones we were wanting to buy at first but were too expensive. So this is a good cost effective option. If you are having a casual event and would otherwise buy plastic utensils, these are definitely a step up and probably great for you. But if you are going for more of a classy vibe (and have more to spend) I'd get the solid bamboo ones from the company Restaurantware.

Looks "elegant" but fragile
this wasn't the type of wooden fork I'd purchased in the past. they look nice, but break in the middle when you use them to hold down a piece of meat when you are trying to cut it in half with a knife with the other hand. Strictly for decoration.

I like that they're biodegradable.
They're not real hearty! I wouldn't use them if I was serving anything other than pasta or potato salad, cake.....softer things. I got very mixed reviews from my party guests. People feared splinters, and I actually did get one in my hand while putting them out.

I love the "greenness" and the appearance which is more elegant ...
I love the "greenness" and the appearance which is more elegant than a plastic disposable fork. I would have given a 5 rating but when it came to cutting meat the heads of the forks tend to break from the stems. If you are serving food that does not require cutting I would definitely recommend the forks

Lovely
I hate to even throw these out but so much better of an alternative to ghastly and toxic plastic.I would never use these for a wedding but certainly for any other activity like picnics. They look so elegant. The shape is beautiful and the stamping for extra durability is a really nice feature.About 1% of these are not useable due to being cracked or misshapen like the tines being too narrow on the edge. So 10 pieces out of 100 not being useable is ok with me. Be careful to check each one before use especially if children will be using them.

Just what I was looking for
I got these because they are compostable, and adorable, but dangit I hate the feel of wood in my mouth. Ugh. Popsicle sticks, those little wooden paddles that came with chocolate malts or those little strawberry or chocolate ice cream cups you'd get at snack bars, and even those super trendy paper straws - blech. But still - exactly what I was looking for - I just won't let my lips touch the wood.

Cute to look at, not great to eat off of
Really cute, but not well made. These splintered and broke really easily. They're so pretty, but not actually great to eat off of.

Good for mother earth, but a little flimsy
Glad they're compostable, but it took a little bit of use before I could figure out how to eat something hearty without breaking them. Great for salads and pastas, but if you're eating something like chicken or steak, they snap easily.

Loved the cut
Loved the cut, and look of this cutlery! Unfortunately lots of pieces of the wood were frayed, and these forks broke while some people are their meals.
