The tablet has high content of B12 vitamin around 5000mcg and I don’t drink it on a daily basis. The tablet smells delicious and it’s easy to melt in the mouth and swallow.

At first, I had a problem with the delivery it took a long time to the point of going to cancel it but thank God it's delivered. The taste is really good no need to drink water.
