I’ve tried a few different hydration powders, and this Liquid I.V. Sugar-Free Grape flavor is easily one of my favorites. The taste is really good—not overly sweet, and the grape flavor is smooth and refreshing without that artificial aftertaste a lot of these drinks have. What I like most is that it’s sugar-free but still feels effective. I’ve been using it after workouts and on days when I just need a hydration boost, and I can definitely tell the difference. I feel more energized and less sluggish compared to just drinking plain water. It mixes well and doesn’t leave any weird residue or clumps, which is a big plus. Also easy to take on the go. Overall, this is a great option if you want better hydration without all the added sugar. Tastes good, works well, and fits easily into a daily routine. I’ll definitely be buying more.

I can be pretty iffy about sugar-free items because the artificial sugar can be harmful to kidneys. However, I have not had any issues with this and it doesn't leave a weird aftertaste to me. It is so delicious and refreshing! Liquid IV has a lot of flavors and in my opinion, they can be hit or miss but this is really good. I feel super hydrated when I need to have one, I obviously do not utilize. This is my main source of hydration, but when I know I have it been drinking water, and I am way behind sufficient for the day, this is an easy.
