Spent a little while picking the right size for me.A strange concept, sticking tubes up my nose, but having now mastered installation, they do allow me to breathe more easily, through both nostrils, at the same time.I don’t know how, but once fully and firmly in place, they stay there. They even withstand a serious sneeze.I tend to use them periodically, a few hours at the time. They are surprisingly comfortable, and do not cause any irritation, I have not used them 24x7, or for very long periods, and consequently, unable to comment on their continued use, regarding comfort and effectiveness.They seem to be quite tough, well made, well designed, soft yet firm enough to do their job.
