The 5 Types of Wealth: A Transformative Guide to Design Your Dream Life Review: The Best Gift To My Children - 5 Types of Wealth is one of the most insightful and transformative books I have ever read. I only wish I had it 10 or 20 years ago, as its wisdom would have shaped many of my life decisions for the better. But what excites me even more is that my two teenage daughters will have access to these lessons at a stage in their lives where it can truly shape their futures. What makes this book exceptional is its holistic approach to wealth. Unlike traditional finance or self-help books that focus solely on monetary success, it expands the definition of wealth into five critical dimensions: financial, social, physical, mental, and time wealth - each playing a crucial role in living a truly rich life. It challenges the common pursuit of money at the expense of everything else and instead offers a framework for building a truly fulfilling life. One of the most impactful takeaways is the emphasis on time wealth—the ability to control how you spend your time rather than being trapped in the relentless pursuit of more money. The book makes a compelling case that accumulating financial wealth without securing time wealth often leads to imbalance and regret. Similarly, it highlights the compounding effect of non-financial wealth, such as the way strong relationships, continuous learning, and physical well-being create long-term advantages in ways that money alone never could. Beyond being thought-provoking, this book is extremely practical. It provides a practical roadmap for balancing the different types of wealth, while ensuring that success in one area doesn’t come at the cost of another. It’s a must-read for anyone seeking long-term fulfillment, and I’m especially grateful that my daughters will have this wisdom as they navigate their own paths. Review: A must read book and a game changer for your life - I truly mean that! - I’ve been following Sahil Bloom’s work for years, and reading his newsletter twice a week has been an incredible source of insight and growth for me. That being said, Sahil's new book 'The 5 Types of Wealth' takes everything to a whole new level. It’s not just a book, it’s a blueprint for designing a truly fulfilling life. Sahil masterfully breaks down what it means to be "wealthy," challenging the conventional belief that financial success is the only measure of prosperity. Instead, he introduces different dimensions of wealth and provides a deeply researched, actionable framework for cultivating each one. What sets this book apart is its practicality. This book is filled with science-backed strategies, real-world examples, and simple yet powerful exercises that make it easy to apply the lessons immediately. I’ve already implemented many of these principles in my own life and have seen incredible results. Whether you're just starting your career, navigating major life changes, facing a setback, or striving for harmony and purpose, this book will transform the way you think about success and fulfillment. It’s an absolute must-read!

Great read
The book is well structured with several cool insights and tips. However, I was somehow missing a bit more depth in certain topics.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Life-Changing Perspective on True Wealth
Sahil Bloom’s The 5 Types of Wealth is more than just a book about financial success—it’s a blueprint for a richer, more meaningful life. In a world that often equates wealth with money, Bloom challenges us to rethink what it truly means to be “wealthy” and introduces a holistic framework that goes far beyond financial prosperity. His insights into Financial, Social, Physical, Knowledge, and Time Wealth hit home in a way that makes you pause and reflect. I found myself reassessing my own priorities, realizing that while I had been chasing financial success, I had been neglecting other forms of wealth that truly matter like deep relationships, health, and lifelong learning. Bloom’s writing is engaging, thoughtful, and incredibly practical. He doesn’t just preach ideas; he provides actionable steps to help you build wealth in all five areas. The book is filled with wisdom that stays with you long after you put it down, and I can honestly say it has reshaped how I think about success. If you're looking for a book that will transform not just your bank account, but your entire life, The 5 Types of Wealth is a must-read. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to live a truly fulfilled and abundant life!

You Can Learn Alot from this Book!
At 39 years old, I read Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People. I found this book to be one of the best guides for living and relationships. I can now add a second book to this category, Sahil Bloom's The 5 Types of Wealth. Bloom's book is a terrific read with some excellent supporting information after registering on his website. Overall, I found Bloom's book a fast and insightful read full of implementable suggestions. The suggestions range frome improving your time management, social wealth, mental health, physical health, and of course financial wealth. I did appreciate that Bloom directed the reader to the four non-financial "wealths" before ending on Financial Wealth. To me, this added credibility to the book and to Bloom's perspective on life. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in improving their life and relationships. I'd even recommend this book to me at 39 years old -- even though I'm now 73! Get this book, read it, highlight it, and learn from it. You won't regret it.

bought this book based on a blogger’s recommendation and have been reading it. Much of it was already familiar to me, but the author did a great job of organizing their ideas and highlighting many useful life hacks, many of which I use. I read a little bit every day and reflect on my own life. I recommend it to everyone, especially young people. I got the hardcover edition – very satisfied, well-made

I recently finished The 5 Types of Wealth, and I have to say—this book is a powerful framework for looking beyond financial success and designing a truly fulfilling life. I've been following @SahilBloom for a while. In the book, he does a great job of breaking down the complexities of wealth into five categories: financial, social, physical, mental, and time wealth. By separating out the challenges, complexities, and practical tasks associated with each, the book provides both a deep understanding of wealth and actionable steps to improve it. One of the biggest takeaways for me was how it reinforced the importance of time wealth—particularly in the context of relationships. It made me reflect on how I allocate time with my loved ones: my wife in our later years, my kids in their formative years, and my parents as they age. A particularly thought-provoking moment was considering the question: If I looked out at my own funeral, who would I see in the audience? That perspective forces you to think about who truly matters and whether you’re spending your time in alignment with that. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be that the book is dense. There’s a lot of valuable content, but at times, it feels like it could have been two books—one focused on understanding the challenges, mindset and framework, and another on the practical “how-to” steps. Splitting it up might have made it easier to digest and apply. That said, I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to rethink their definition of wealth and design a more intentional life. It’s not just about setting goals—it’s about building habits that help you adjust along the way, like a pilot correcting course on a long journey. The destination matters, but it’s the small, consistent actions that get you there. Great read!

Many messages of this type flood the networks: * Get out of your comfort zone to achieve success. * Find your purpose or someone else will assign you one. * Life is a path of sacrifices to achieve happiness. * Desire is a contract you make with yourself to be unhappy until you achieve it. You will never be able to set your mind on the path to well-being without first having a launching pad like The 5 Types of Wealth. The fullness of life is built every day with small actions based on the book. This book is a life game changer, without a doubt.
