AXV Vibration Plate Exercise Machine Fitness Platform Body Vibrating Board

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but it has honestly been one of my favorite purchases. For the price, the quality really impressed me. It feels sturdy, well-made, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. It’s easy to use, and I love that I can fit it into my daily routine without taking up a lot of time. One of the biggest things I’ve noticed is how much better my legs feel throughout the day. I spend a lot of time on my feet, and since using this consistently, they don’t ache nearly as much by the end of the day. I also love that it encourages me to move my body, even on days when I don’t feel like getting in a full workout. It’s also been a fun way to switch up my workouts. I use it while doing squats, lunges, and ab exercises, and the vibration adds an extra muscle pulse that makes those movements feel more challenging. It keeps workouts interesting and gives me the feeling that my muscles are working a little harder without adding a lot of extra time. If you’re looking for an affordable way to add more movement to your day, I think this is a great value for the money. It’s one of those purchases that I actually use every day, and that’s saying something! I’m so glad I decided to give it a try.

Where has this been all my life?!! I never knew I needed this until I got this product.It is nothing short of amazing. I say this because I work at home sitting the majority of my day, yes, I do have a standing desk but I find myself sitting down instead. I work off of 2 computers and 2 additional screens. So I have to have 4 screens app at all times. This vibration plate is a lifesaver about every hour I get up and do about 10 minutes on it. Standing on it, squatting, and then periodically throughout the hour. It helps me so much with circulation. My legs used to start hurting and starting to feel heavy a quarter the way through the day and now I could just put my feet on it turn it on and I don't even have to get up. I feel a hundred and ten percent better! I say, if you're a work at home employee, you need this. I've been looking at these for months and thought, oh, what do I need that for? Well, let me tell you, I will never be without one now that I've experienced it! The price is excellent in my opinion. This product is very solid, doesn't take up much room and it's the perfect size for me. For reference I am 5 6', 128 lbs. This also has a remote, which is a must, if you don't want to bend down whenever you want to switch gears. It's been working flawlessly, and I've been using it several times a day since I bought it and leg pain is gone. Highly recommend this product, if you're on the fence, just buy it. You'll see it's the product you never knew you needed in your life and then you're gonna wonder how you ever lived without it!

This has been one of my favorite/best purchases! Not only for myself but for my family. If I could give it 10 stars, I would! It has dozens of settings and has lasted months and months of toddlers and helped through sickness. We all had the flu BAD this last spring and took turns just sitting on it. It helped our energy return and we could notice a difference on the days we didn't use it. The buttons are right in the middle and very sensitive so if you have little kids around they'll definitely turn it off. Helps my join pain and I love to use it when I have a migraine.

I’ve been using this vibration plate several times a week, and overall I’m really happy with it. It was easy to set up, doesn’t take up much space, and the different speed settings let me adjust the intensity depending on whether I’m warming up, stretching, or just trying to get in some extra movement. The vibration is strong enough to feel like you’re getting a good workout, and I like using it while doing squats, lunges, or simply standing on it after a long day. It also runs fairly quietly, which is nice if you’re using it while watching TV. The reason I’m giving it four stars instead of five is that the remote can be a little inconsistent, and the included resistance bands aren’t the highest quality. Neither issue is a dealbreaker, but they’re worth mentioning. Overall, I think it’s a great value for the price and a convenient addition to a home gym. If you’re looking for an affordable vibration plate to add movement to your routine, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try.

Okay, I’ll admit it—when I first saw a machine that basically shakes you while you stand there, I thought, “There is absolutely no way this works.” But this vibration plate is surprisingly fun to use! It’s easy to hop on while watching TV, and the different vibration settings let you adjust the intensity. I definitely wouldn’t call it a replacement for an actual workout, but it’s a fun addition to my routine and a great way to get moving when I’m feeling lazy. If nothing else, it makes standing around feel a LOT more productive!

I absolutely love this machine. I have been using it for five months now.I sit for many hours and it helps with hip and sciatic pain. It also helps regulate your digestive system along with proper fiber and water intake. I use it in the morning and night because it helps me sleep better and appears to be improving circulation.I highly recommend it.

Developed a loud rattle after a few months of usage. I enjoy using the vibration plate in the morning to help wake up or after workouts to just relax a little. Heck, occasionally my cats will come by so I can pick them up and let them enjoy the "ride" for a few minutes. There's not a lot I can add that other reviews haven't covered, but there are two big issues that knock this down to 3 stars for me (3.5, really). 1.) The touch sensitive buttons limit some of the exercises you can do. The included manual shows a few positions that seem impossible without accidentally turning the machine off. A touch sensitive panel like this should always include some sort of lock/unlock feature to prevent accidental changes by brushing up against a control. 2.) I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was when I first started using it. I have it in the living room and it didn't disturb us while watching tv. Over time it has developed a rattle that changes in volume based on speed and foot position. I don't think we're particularly heavy (users are ~140-160lbs) but it seems like it's developing some flex or something causing quite a bit of noise. Still using it almost every day though. :)
