Love them, tampons started to irritate me these are great. You can leave it in all day. Do a kegal to empty it during the day. You will have to push it back into place and your fingers will get bloody.

I don’t think I can ever go back to exclusively wearing pads or tampons again. I really was super disgusted at the idea of this however, I have to say they are absolutely amazing. They are very easy to insert and you don’t have to worry about changing them throughout your day. Each one lasts 12 hours I believe, I would recommend on your heavy days to use the bathroom every couple hours to empty it; otherwise, you might leak a little. (I always wear a panty liner on these days). Emptying is very easy when you sit on the toilet to pee And you don’t have to touch anything to do it. I love this product and continue to tell everyone I know about it. Has made my life sooooooo much easier. No more fears of the tampon string hanging out while in your bathing suit. No more yucky full Pad feeling. Love love love this product. Wish I had found this sooner in life

I will be switching over to these. I have used tampons for years. But I recently have been going through 6-8 super ones a day which is so insane and expensive since I have to buy two boxes to make it through a whole cycle (mine lasts for 5-7 days). These work so great! I only had a small leak the first time but the rest of the week I didn't. It was so nice to not have to wear a bulky tampon and nighttime pad. I definitely recommend trying these if you have a heavier flow and done with leaking everytime. Also, I did still cramp a little on the 1st-3rd days but it was minimal and went away after I emptied the disk. Inserting these is actually super easy and I didn't have any issues.

These have been a life saver! I tend to have pretty heavy and painful periods and these have helped so much. They don’t cause me pain and cramping like I would experience with the super tampons and these are easy to get in and out. They also last me longer, so less product in the same amount of time. The discs are super flexible so even though they may look intimidating, they are so so easy to use. I wish I had had these in Highschool, because they would have saved me so much stress and probably have saved me from a few incidents.

After getting my IUD removed for the last time, I cramped so bad and my cycles became HEAVY... like an Ultra every two hours. I was basically chafing. A friend recommended felx disc's. I was hesitant because a moon cup sounded messy and complicated but she gave me a disc as a sample and suggested I use it on a heavy day at home. It was weird and awkward to use the first time but decided to I buy a box anyway. I read that box thoroughly and watched all the videos, desperate for information on the mechanics of the selling feature, how it "drains itself" lol I am a true convert now. My husband has even noticed that my cramps werent has bad and the mess is minimal so its tolerable... the only issue is it wants to drain when I sneeze. The anxiety I have for three days lol
