I've been an avid fan of GoPro, first buying the GoPro 4, then 6 and now 11, all of them were superb with good advancements from one to the other. I've used them for snowboarding, snorkeling and general videography on mountain bike, paddle board etc. I love the idea of 360 degree footage and there are definite plus points of this format which has advantages over the standard version. the issues I have are as follows: Video quality underwater - this is not as clear as the normal GoPro, if this is the reason for purchasing I'd buy the snadard GoPro, it's ok but it doesn't have the same level of clarity. 360 degree joining - due to the two cameras there is some automated knitting of the 2 lenses, this is quite obvious and it does show clearly whereas the the insta 360 seems to do a better job with their software. Conclusion - GoPro has always been a leader and for good reason but others are now doing a great job and haveaybe overtaken GoPro at least in the 360 market!

Amazing quality, outstanding video replay, vivid and bright, excellent clarity. The image stabilization is super impressive. It's also got this feature for times like turning your head to look at something ( camera mounted to a helmet ) the camera maintains the image that it had been foucused on... still not sure how much I like or don't like that feature, there are times that I intentionally look at something to the side of the road to record what I'm seeing, and the camera doesn't go with the head turn, just a little, so you don't get to see what the rider is looking at. It's pretty easy to get set up, if I can do it, you can do it. Attached is a picture to go with this review, you can see for yourself how cool this camera is, I haven't even used all of the different features, like the 360, but I will soon, gonna get a stick to mount it to the back of the bike.
