I was quite sceptical about buying a robot vacuum, but after much research and reading the reviews of the MS1MAX I decided to buy one and I have to say my only disappointment is that I didn’t buy one before. The vacuum is absolutely brilliant, it vacuums, it mops and it does a really good job. It maps out the various floors and divides all the rooms up (which you can then further divide on the app) and then you can set cleaning schedules to either just vacuum or just mop or do both at the same time and off it goes at the times I set. It returns to its base station to empty it’s dust chamber, all you have to do is fill the water chamber with around 220ml of water and a small amount of floor cleaning solution and that’s probably enough for around 3-4 days of mopping the downstairs of an average 4 bedroom house. It is very easy to maintain, the dust and water chamber come out very easily, the roller brush is easy to take out and put back in and the side brush just clips on, all very easy. The app gives you maintenance schedules for changing various parts like brush roller, side brush, filter life and mop pad change, it counts you down like a car service and they last for ever, so don’t need changing often, I was pleasantly surprised how long the life of the consumable parts are, for example the mop pad life is around 9000 minutes and it doesn’t take many minutes to mop your floors! Spare replaceable’s are easy to buy as well and cheap. The app is very intuitive to use. It is extremely flexible and easy to learn, allowing you to set no-go zones, sub divide rooms, set times to clean and how to clean and that’s it, it just does it on schedule. If you are looking to buy a robot vacuum, I would totally recommend buying the MONSGA MS1MAX, you will not be disappointed.

Outstanding Cleaning Power & Smart Navigation I’m genuinely impressed with the MONSGA MS1MAX Robot Vacuum with Mop. The 5000Pa suction is seriously powerful — it easily pulls up dust, pet hair, and debris from carpets and hard floors alike, leaving everything visibly cleaner after just one pass. The LiDAR navigation is a standout feature. The robot maps the home accurately, cleans in logical paths, and avoids obstacles with ease. No random bumping around or missed areas — it’s efficient, methodical, and surprisingly quiet for how powerful it is. The vacuum and mop combo works brilliantly on hard floors, leaving them fresh without streaks. I also appreciate the customisable cleaning zones and schedules via the app, which makes it easy to tailor cleaning to my routine. Battery life is excellent, and it returns to the dock reliably to recharge and continue where it left off. Overall, this feels like a premium robot vacuum at a very competitive price. If you’re looking for strong suction, smart mapping, and reliable hands-free cleaning, the MONSGA MS1MAX is an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

A great product for the money, worth every penny. The app is easy to set up and use, I’m not the most tech savvy person but I managed with no problems. The machine maps your rooms first then off it goes, when it’s finished it automatically empties itself into the charging station. If you want it to mop you simply fit the mop attachment and add some water. Don’t expect miracles, it’s not going to do a job like a person scrubbing at the floor but we’ve found sending it round twice a week on the higher setting is a massive help. Very happy.

So far I'm absolutely over the moon with this little robot hoover/mop. I've had it a week, and the difference it has made for me is incredible; I have a disability which has started making tasks like hoovering and mopping leaving me in a lot of pain afterwards. So we decided to get one of these. Having done my research, I decided I wanted one that would do as much as possible, but that would still be affordable. This little devices functions, including having great suction, a really decent mop (with optional y shaped movements to mimic a more natural mop pattern) and self cleaning station put this high up on the list. It also has a really sleek and pleasing appearance and it's shorter height makes it great for fitting under smaller spaces. It's very well put together and feels like it'll last. Taking the dust container out and cleaning is also very easy. During start up, it takes a little tour around the house, moving around all the walls until it has a basic layout of the house. Afterwards, all you really need to do is use the app (or remote) to have it on whatever schedule you wish, or alternatively, just manually telling it where to clean and how (vacuum, mop or both). It's only a week in, but so far I would 100% recommend this product.

First things first - love this little vacuum cleaner. "Dave" has already done a great job and saved us time in the very first weekend - just by doing little cleans like spot cleans, zone cleans and I've not even started on the scheduling yet. I'm sure that's simple to do as the overall useability is great and the simple interface is largely intuitive. I do want point out to first time users that it wasn't abundantly clear how to start the initial mapping - the app seemed to suggest that clicking the main button would start an 'auto-clean' and so I looked in various places (online, user manuals, etc) to try to work out how to do the initial mapping. Anyway - you do just press that main button on the app and it does it's mapping. The whole thing maps really well and it picks up dirt easily and well. I've not had to put it on the 'higher setting' yet. I'm not that pleased that I have to keep changing the bag - but we'll see how that goes. Bagless would have been better and more environmentally-friendly, I'd think - but anyway, it does a very good job and is exactly what I needed. I'm sure the longer we have it, the more we will find it indispensable.

Generally very good - navigation is great and it moves rapidly. It even manages on a tussled rug mostly without getting stuck. Suction is quite good, and the app seems to work well. I had a problem when a wheel got stuck - it correctly reported a wheel error; however, after I had cleared the wheel it continued to report the error and only cleared it down after a complete power off. The mapping function works well and I have been able to keep it away from the cat food. In summary - cleaning could be slightly better, navigation and app are great and finally the value for money is fantastic.

I bought the MONSGA MS1 MAX in July 2025 and have used it regularly since. The suction is strong and it cleans both hard floors and carpets really well. The mapping is accurate and it covers the whole area without missing spots. The self emptying station is very handy and saves time. Battery life is good, and it always returns to charge and carries on where it left off. After months of use, it is still working perfectly. Very good value for money and I would happily recommend it.

A great little cleaner, right out of the box. It's like having a little pet that enjoys eating whatever it finds. While it maps the rooms for the first time, the little Monsga bumps into things and sometimes gets stuck under chairs and tables. It is tempting to help, but give it space to learn; it looks bizarrely cute as it works out how to unstick itself. Our floors are notably cleaner after vacuuming, and the mop takes things to another level. We had visitors coming, and could clean our living room, dining room, and kitchen floors while doing other things. There were a few tech issues with the third-party app, but MONSGA went out of their way to be supportive. If you are looking for a convenient way to keep your floors clean, the MONSGA vacuum is worth trying. It is easy to use and gets the job done with minimal effort on your part.
