Current limit set to 10 mA, then slowly increased the voltage until clamping occurred. 3.58v was the cutoff for each cell "channel." It was surprising that it was exactly the same across each channel. Make sure 3.58v per cell is acceptable for your battery pack. The balancer does a weird pulsing thing. It pulls a small amount of current for a second, then stops and allows the voltage to go open circuit, then repeats. I'm not sure why this happens, or if it's by design, but it's something interesting to note. I did not test the main power disconnect side of the balancer. It appears fairly robust with a number of MOSFETs.
