Love these jars. They are carefully packed and perfect for my candle making. They are glass, but still durable with a tight fitting lid.

Very much as seller described and better than I thought they would be. The amber glass is flawless and thick, and the wooden lids fit with a nice snug inner rubber ring. I will certainly be buying these again

Very nice jars/lids. I did give all jars a wash/clean up when they arrived, as they felt oily/slippy. Quick spray with alcohol/vinegar mix and they cleaned up easily. Well packaged. No breakages. Will buy again.

I purchased these to make candles as gifts, possibly to sell. I just received them today, and pulled out four to look at. My first impression is that the glass looks good, nice and clear. However the tops do not sit properly on the glass. On one side the top doesn't cover the top edge of the glass, on the other side the top hang out over the top edge of the glass - they are offset. Rotate the top and the location and amount of overhang changes; I can find a place where the lid almost fits correctly if I work at it. I'm not sure that I can give or sell candles where the lids fit like this. Maybe no one else will notice? Probably not. I'll keep them and see. If I remember I will update this review after making a couple of candles using these jars, but right now I give it a 4.

I wanted a votive that could hold my LED tea lights with the ability to put a cap on top - these are perfect. I ordered the frosted brown candle jars and placed the tea lights inside, and it looks stunning. The frosted brown holders with the lid on top hides the fake flame, so all you get is this beautiful light coming through the glass. I ordered a pack of 16 for my 12 tea lights due to others mentioning that some of their holders came broken. Fortunately, none of my holders were damaged during shipment. I know these are meant for making candles, but I highly recommended them if you want something to hold your LED tea lights. I searched specifically for amber tea light holders on Amazon and couldn't find what I was looking for. These candle jars work perfectly for holding LED tea lights and were a great price.

Great quality jars—perfect for candle making! I bought these jars for my small candle business, and I couldn’t be happier. They’re sturdy, have a smooth finish, and look very professional when filled. Would highly recommend to others. This will be my second order. No broken jars thankfully.

Jars arrived as pictured, within the advertised time frame. Each jar was wrapped and separated from the others, and none were broken or cracked. However, upon washing the first one (I wash my jars before use), I put my finger inside and cut it on a piece of clear broken glass that I hadn't noticed. I assume a different jar had broken over this jar that was in the box, and the broken glass wasn't removed. This is why I'm knocking off a star. I would still buy from this company again, but be careful about the possibility of encountering broken glass. I've since used a few jars from this order for candles and they worked well.

EDIT: I can’t downgrade the stars, but I’d give them a 3/5 right now. Some of them scratch easily. I only noticed scratches in the pink inner frosting of the jars when I was putting on labels, after making and curing the candles. I made them as gifts, with the hopes the jars could be reused as they’re personalized. The paint didn’t stand up to careful candle-making process. (Not all jars are scratched. But I’m guessing they might end up the same way after use.) I bought the ‘glitter pink’ and they’re prettier than the advertisement photos. They feel like a good weight. I haven’t used them yet, but am excited to try them.
