Up until last month or so I was regularly taking a standard Vitamin E supplement (labeled d-alpha tocopherol), which I’ve done for years, because I was tipped off that it can help shorten one’s Aunt Flo visits. I have issues with that time being annoyingly long/slow to stop and have found that vitamin E is helpful to me in that area. Well, my bottle ran out and I slacked off on replacing it, and I paid for it with a 2-days-longer-than-usual stay from Aunt Flo. Not making that mistake again. The delivery is liposomal which makes it more effective in absorption. I could feel some elasticity improvement in my skins.
