I was very happy with this, but can't give it 5 stars because the last delivery - all of the gelcaps were melted together and I couldn't get them out of the bottle. They were so melted that I couldn't get them apart even with a tweezer. I was able to get my money back from Amazon, but I switched to another brand because of this. They also got stuck in my pill box after I put them in there for the week.
