Writing a review because this machine deserves more credit than 4.2 stars. TLDR: loud but does it's job. think of it as a "tweezing machine." it does just that. it's gonna pinch a little if you don't like tweezing and have low pain tolerance. but me and my friend used it- no hassle. compact. you can do it literally sitting anywhere. note: hair doesn't catch inside and does land on skin or on the massage add on lip. but I'd rather vacuum and easy wipe with a paper towel than all the prep/clean up other hair removal methods take. Full: (I'm an asian women with thinner body hair. I've just noticed that as I'm aging into my 30s, I noticed more hair follicles and longer strand growing on my arms and legs. People would say "there's nothing there" but I myself just don't want to see it so I started looking into methods.) Shaving was such a chore and I really don't like how it feels prickly and spiky after a few days. I didn't consider laser bc of cost (diy/at home type of girl), I don't really have a lot to get things done professionally, and much like the gel nail polish, I'm just a little slower to warming up to new methods of beauty and it's long term effects. I've gotten into but didn't enjoy sugar waxing because of the prep, the clean up, the mess. so when I saw the stars on this, I was skeptical but used it last night. worked like a charm. I also love that I can easily "just shave my legs" without like mentally booking a day/ mentally readying myself for all the hassle of waxing or taking more time in the shower to shave and not slip. it's a no nonsense gadget. I love it. It feels very analog and brings me back to like practical machines in early 2000s where one machine did one job and you see how it works. I would recommend it to my friends.

Great product for the price. I expected more pain based on the comments, but it really isn't that bad 3/10. By the second use, you get used to it. It’s cleaner and less painful than waxing, and lasts longer than shaving with less regrowth in some areas. Just make sure to hydrate your legs afterward and exfoliate regularly to avoid ingrowns.

It was my first time epilating and I’ll be honest. It does hurt at first. It is not pain free. But you can’t expect to pull hair from the root and not feel it so- putting that to the side, I’ve had such an easy time using this. It takes a while but it lasts sooo much longer than shaving. I normally start to grow hair back within less than 24 hours, but after using this- I stayed smooth for almost 2 weeks and noticed my hair wasn’t growing back as rough as it was while shaving. My only negative to this, and I’m not sure if it’s just user error or not, is that sometimes it doesn’t catch the hair and it just keeps pulling at it without successfully taking it out. Now thattt hurts. And sometimes it just breaks the hair instead of pulling it out. Overall for it being my first time doing this, I really enjoy it for the most part. And after the first use (really halfway through your first use), it feels more like a mild sting rather than being skinned lol. But beauty is pain what can I say. Push through I promise you’ll be fine and end up loving it. Process included not just the results. Would recommend for first time users but don’t forget to chemically exfoliate between sessions to prevent ingrowns

A dream for someone with PCOS! It has helped slow down my hair growth so much. It does feel a little weird at first since it’s basically like plucking, just WAY faster. 😂 The sound is pretty crazy because it honestly sounds like a little torture device, but it’s 100% a must-buy for me! The picture is from only my third time using it. There used to be so much more hair that it would practically fill my entire hand after doing both legs, so I’ve already noticed a huge difference. Of course, it might work differently for everyone, but for me, this has been the perfect tool. I’m also constantly cutting my skin when I shave with a razor, so this makes things 10x better—no more dealing with razor cuts! If the sound bothers you or you’re someone who gets anxious with loud/weird noises, listening to music or something else while using it definitely helps. Smoothest skin EVER! Just be sure to exfoliate and moisturize afterward! 💕

Began HRT and the chin & neck facial hair came in quickly. I’ve constantly pluck with no end in sight. Got this today and plugged it right in and got started. It hurts no more than plucking. It’s just faster! Pulled out every hair I could see in the 30x mirror! Great product! 5 Stars!

I don’t know what everyone’s fussing about. It’s an epilator. It’s going to be loud. And I’ve yet to come across an epilator that gets every. Single. Hair. After reading tons of the reviews after my previous epilator bit the dust, I decided to give this one a try, and I think it does the trick just fine. I think the cord is plenty long enough if your outlet is close enough to where you want to sit, which for me it was. If not, that’s what extension cords are for. Was it loud? Yes. But again, I expected that. I thought it worked just fine, and pulled out about 98% of my leg hair when I epilated before a trip to Denver to visit my best friend where I didn’t want to have to worry about shaving. My legs looked great when I was done, there were almost no noticeable hairs left, and as a woman who is very pale with very sensitive English & Irish skin, I slathered a layer of lotion on when I was done, and had no crazy rash of red bumps. So while others didn’t have such great luck with this particular epilator, I think it’s a great value for the money, has good power behind it since it’s corded vs battery operated, and does just what it’s supposed to do.

Doesn't work all that well. I thought it was user error but I've watched videos and have tried multiple times. I was able to get it to pull out a few, even waited to make sure the hair growth was long enough for it to grasp. It never got all the hairs no matter how slow I did it or what angle I did. It's very loud too and quite painful for something that doesn't even grab all the hairs.

So, it did work... for the most part. Every time I've used it I've still had to go in with tweezers after and get some hairs that it just refused to remove even after going over the area multiple times. Still, it *did* get most of the hair on my legs and underarms and was tolerably painful, and the hair that in the area has grown back more slowly and seems to be more fine (though that might be because of the anti-hair growth moisturizer I use on those areas that is also specifically supposed to do that). For the cons: first off, it is super loud - far louder than a regular electric shaver. Secondly, it's obviously very cheaply made: there's a cap that goes on the top end that I think is supposed to help position the epilator, and it constantly pops off while in use. The power plug also constantly pops off too and it really isn't possible to hold it in place while using the epilator. Also, after about a month of weekly use it started randomly stopping while in use - I have to unplug it and turn it off and then back on again to get it to start up again. **UPDATE: So, it's still going strong nearly a year later, and I did finally manage to get the plug to stay in (I'm not sure how, but I have refused to unplug the cord ever since, so that it doesn't come out again). I think the randomly stopping thing is actually supposed to be a safety feature, like it thinks it's pulled up some skin, so it stops so it doesn't hurt you? Using this I've found that I much prefer epilators to shaving, especially if you supplement it with anti-hair-growth cream: I can go a couple of weeks without using anything if I need to, and still see less noticeable hair growth than I would've in two days with a razor.

Llego antes de lo previsto. Es un excelente depilador, cumple con su función. Es un buen sustituto de la rasuradora porque dura más tiempo en salir el vello. Sí duele, dependiendo de la zona del cuerpo duele un poco más o menos, pero recomiendo depilarse cuando el vello es pequeño. Los poros quedan irritados un poco, se llegan a observar incluso zonas enrojecidas que duran 2 o 3 días, pero nada grave. El cabezal si tiene buena cobertura, entonces se depila un tanto rápido, dependiendo de la cantidad de vello. Buen precio para la función.
