The amount of clean energy this gives me is wonderful. I also feel less hungry and that it may be aiding in some weight loss. It is not as delicious as plain matcha/green tea powder, but I mis 3/4-1 scoop of this with 3/4-1 scoop of my straight match powder and it is magical. I worked as a barista for years so I know caffeine. I love coffee, I love mushroom coffees/teas, I love all teas, I love matcha. This has a distinct earthiness that the mushroom coffees have and it’s very similar to those in the energy department, in that it is a very clean energy. Don’t over do it though, because it is potent. I like the other ingredients it has as well ask green tea, matcha and moringa powder. It has vitamins and minerals from natural sources and resveratrol. I’ve used almost the whole jar, which is why the picture looks almost empty. I wanted to know how it functions before reviewing and also to show you the cute little heart scoop. Details matter. Absolutely would buy again.

I’ve been hearing that moringa is the latest super food, so I thought I’d get on the bandwagon. From what I’ve read, it has many nutrients and antioxidants to support a plethora of things in your system. I already eat a diet rich in vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, but I thought maybe I can kick it up a notch with this. Especially because I suffer from an autoimmune condition. Any support is support I didn’t have before. That can’t be a bad thing in this medical climate. I have been mixing this into my morning smoothie. It’s a fine powder that smells like how I can only describe as spicy grass. It’s very earthy and bitter. Depending on what part of the plant is ground up and where it is grown, it can have a different taste. Only 1 tspn is needed for benefits, so I was able to mask the taste with a citrus based smoothie. It has been a few weeks since Ive been trying out this moringa every day in my smoothie. I have no major changes to report thus far. I think supplements like this are a more accumulative thing over a long period of time. I will report back if I witness any major physical changes, but I feel good knowing that it is supporting my body in different ways. Probably many unseen. I’ll be trying new, different forms of this in the future. For now, this will last me quite a while.

Doesn’t dissolve well and tastes horrible but is doing what was advertised.

I’ve gone through quite a few different brands of matcha, and this one is significantly stronger than others I’ve tried—in the best way possible. It whisks perfectly into a smooth, creamy consistency with zero clumps. • Value: Because it is so much more concentrated than the "bargain" brands, I actually find myself using less per serving to get the same effect. If you’re tired of weak, dull-tasting matcha, this is the one to get. It’s a total game-changer for my morning routine.

It’s ok. Taste was a bit off, took me a little bit to finish and grainy (may not have stirred enough). Only had one cup so far.

I mix it with my low-fat ice cream or non-fat yogurt. Since Jambe stopped selling their Matcha Green Tea Blast I now make it at home.

I love this Matcha tea mixed with Moringa and green tea. The quality is excellent. The powder is so fine. I bought my own Matcha tea set which I enjoy using preparing this tea every morning. It tastes so good and smooth. It gives me energy without feeling jittery or crashing later in the day. What I appreciate the most is all the health benefits that it gives with its antioxidant properties that help boost my immune system along with promoting mental clarity, energy, and fat burning. I bought another jar and I’m not even done with the first jar that I bought. I also recommended it to friends and family.

It was such a horrible tast I couldn't swallow it. I tried but it was awful! So I couldn't say if that works or not
