Took a punt on this hearing aid as my mum is waiting for NHS hearing aids. We're amazed how good they are. She can hear better and is wearing them quite often. It's important to have it fit snuggly in the ear, if not any sounds leaking from the part that fits in the ear can leak, be picked up by the microphone and cause whistling. She won't be using them in a busy environment with lots of noise because it does pick up background noise. It has 2 batteries and three different sizes of ear buds. Excellent value and very good if there isn't a lot of background noise. My mum only has mild ear loss so that's perhaps why she gets on with them.

This hearing aid works pretty well and the sound quality is actually good. Once it’s in and adjusted, it does help make conversations clearer and improves overall hearing. The volume settings are strong enough and it seems to work as expected. Good battery life. However, it is not very easy to use, especially for older hands. The switches and small controls are quite hard to adjust, and changing the settings can be frustrating. Handling it requires steady fingers and good eyesight, which may be difficult for an older lady

This hearing Amplifier did not improve my hearing. When I increased the volume it also amplified background noises so I could not hear voices clearly and it in fact it made my hearing worse. I intended to use it to improve listening to TV but unfortunately it did not help and made hearing worse mainly due to background noises being amplified as well. The item was nicely packaged and all items within were in good order and all operated properly in accordance with the instructions.

Wow Wow I knew my hearing wasn't to good in my left ear what I hadn't realised was how bad it was until I placed the Beurer HA 20 in my ear immediately I was emersed in sounds I had been missing out on these last few years it was stunning like literally going from B/W to Colour family and friends always complained how loud my TV and audio was now I understand why cause the first thing I heard was my radio set at the level without an aid and gosh it's a wonder my neighbours haven't complained because it was so loud with the aid in, and I'm literally picking up sounds long since hidden,and all for a device costing so little so thank you Baurer for reinstating one of my senses at so little a cost

Bought this for my mum when here expensive hearing aid gave up. It works really well, I know this as she heard me whispering to my sister one afternoon shortly after. Now, thanks to this wonderful item, I am in the dog house, as she would never have known it was me who dropped her expensive vase and continued to blame Mr Whisker Montgomery, the cat.

Initially mum seemed quite happy with it but the other noises it picks up, eventually got on her nerves so she stopped using it. She said she prefers struggling to hear than wearing it. Not a success I'm afraid, so can't recommend.

It stopped working aafter just few months of purchase , i have tried to find the appropriate service centre of this but unable to get in touch with them. After that i have send a mail in their customer support but still no response, kindly help me out as this is totally waste of money.

Man muss sich genau überlegen, wofür man diesen Hörverstärker braucht und ggfls. die Packung unbeschädigt lassen, falls man es für den angestrebten Einsatzzweck nicht nutzen kann. Es gibt in einer ruhigen Umgebung ein wahrnehmbares Grundrauschen. Dezent am Ohr ist das Teil auch nicht. Aber: Ich kann erheblich besser Gesprächen zuhören, wenn mein Gesprächspartner neben mir sitzt. (Ich musste sonst immer nachfragen). Auch wenn man z.B. Abends auf dem Balkon sitzt, hört man Vogelstimmen oder das Knirschen von Schuhen von Personen, die vorbeigehen, doch wirklich viel besser. Für Fernsehen meiner Meinung nach ungeeignet. Für das Geld eine unbedingte Kaufempfehlung.

Vaya sospresa, que les puedo decir es un excelente aparato auditivo,con el oigo perfectamente es casi como el mas caro de la marca straking, lo unico malo es el molde para los oidos, yo tengo de uso de aparatos auditivos,por mas de 30 años que sufro de sordera media como un 60%, este me quedo ala primera solo que el molde me quedo chico y eso que estoy usando el mas grande, pero deja escapar el sonido y lo tengo que remeterlo mas profundamente, para acallar el zumbido de "aire", es que lo necesito mas grande,pero voy a ir a una audiometria, para que me hagan el molde mas adecuado, si vale MUCHO LA PENA por este pequeño monster , la pila que le queda es una y es de duracell 13 le quedo a la primera y esta trabajando perfectamente, voy a pedir otro como de emergencia, este me gusto bastante, me queda bien en el volumen numero 2 y medio, con eso no gasta mucho la bateria, los ruidos o zumbidos es por el molde lo digo por esperiencia, la pila dura lo normal si esta bajo ,si se escucha muy bien con los celulares,como es economico por eso voy a pedir otros 2 por si se muere,eviten el sudor y la grasa que produce el sudor, si quieren que le dure el aparato,lo dificil sera es de donde se da la limpieza del aparato,pero si eres cuidadoso te va a funcionar por mucho tiempo =) ya fui con el audiometria no lo recomienda, por no ser posible poner un molde y además por ser un aparato chafa de televisión, mmm es verdad lo que dice ,pero hay pero es que esta marca es buena ,hace muchos aparatos para deporte,huesos y mil aparatos que hace la vida sea llevadera,yo estoy buscando la forma o buscar un molde que le quede,para mi es una buena compra pero si eres primerizo con este te basta y sobra ,pero si ya eres discapacitado ,de hace años por el mentado molde, no te van a servir ,pero como somos mexicanos le buscaremos o cómo resolvemos el problema del molde,aunque se enojen los audiometritas de auditivos caros,este me salió bueno barato y bonito debería crear un molde más eficiente, no tapones que se sale del oído ,por la grasa de la cerilla y por el canal grande del “profesional “discapacitado,cuando encuentre la solución se lo diré pronto

Mein Vater benötigte dringend ein Ersatzgerät und daher entschied ich mich dazu, ihm dieses Produkt zu kaufen. Glücklicherweise kommt er gut damit zurecht. Die Handhabung ist einfach und auch für ältere Menschen problemlos zu bewältigen. Es war wichtig für mich, dass das Gerät benutzerfreundlich ist und keine komplizierten Anwendungen erfordert. Hier hat mich das Produkt definitiv nicht enttäuscht. Mein Vater konnte es ohne Probleme bedienen und kam schnell damit zurecht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die einfache Handhabung, die speziell auf ältere Menschen abgestimmt zu sein scheint. Dies erleichtert die Nutzung und verhindert etwaige Frustmomente. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit diesem Ersatzgerät und gerne empfehle ich es weiter. Wenn jemand ein benutzerfreundliches und leicht bedienbares Gerät sucht, ist dieses definitiv eine gute Wahl, besonders für ältere Menschen.
