What are the ingredients? Does it already have powdered milk in it (hope not) or can you add your own milk?

It does have powdered non-fat milk added. We add whole milk instead of coffee when we make it. The taste is amazing but this is far from a healthy mix.

No, it does not come with a scoop.

Can you make hot drinks with this mix?

I have never made it hot only cold with ice.
