GNCC 2K Light Bulb Security Camera, 360° Outdoor Camera 2.4G WiFi (1-Pack)

So far It’s great. I have two set up. One on the garage and one on the front porch. I have 128gb cards and set up to run on continuous loop. I’ll know more after a few weeks when I try the recording.

At first I thought these were awesome...I didn't have to worry about wiring or batteries, and they could go in preexisting light sockets outside..... but then, the weird, way off notifications started... my trashcan with a green lid was a person carrying a green object, bugs were people that were walking through my yard during early morning hours...and I'm still looking for that vehicle parked in my garden ( how dare they!!). That is why I dropped my rating, but better to get too many notifications than not enough when you really need it and and also you can limit notifications or silence them, other than that, these are great cameras, easy to install, easy to set up, the video quality is excellent, I can read my license plate clearly in my driveway. I like that the cameras rotate and track objects, I haven't had any issues with connection so far. There are a lot of customizations you can make, and the value is unbeatable. I research everything thoroughly before purchasing and none compare to these. These are hands down the best deal for the price, even the subscription is cheaper than most. I own the popular doorbell camera and by far I like these better. I would purchase again, and as an added bonus... they keep me entertained

I’m completely satisfied with the GNCC Light Bulb Security Camera. Installation was incredibly easy—just screw it into a light socket, connect it to the 2.4GHz WiFi, and it was ready to go within minutes. The setup process was simple and user-friendly. The 2K video quality is clear and sharp, and the full-color night vision works great, even in low light. I really like the 355° panoramic view, which covers a wide area without blind spots. It works perfectly for both indoor and outdoor use and gives me peace of mind knowing I can check in anytime. Overall, this is a great security camera for the price. Easy to install, reliable performance, and excellent picture quality. Highly recommend!

These cameras are horrible, constant connection issues, delayed recording, turning itself around and facing the wall. The two way audio is horrible , lags and is so quiet you can only hear it if your standing right next to the camera. The app will have an option to "Report Error" when it wont load the camera view but after the last 4 months of doing so nothing has been improved.

Only 3 star it may work for some. As far as I can tell, and I spent a lot of time on this, the GNCC GL1 it is not dimmable in the app .. after I contacted their support they removed dimmable led description and number of lumens from the amazon description.. To be practical is seems you have to use the extender it comes with. The Wi-Fi is weak would require an access point for me. The camera seaching around it's impressive (and a little creepy) with motion detect that you can disable, so it's better than a fixed camera this device may do a good job at discouraging Intruders. I tried installing Google home it links to the device but doesn't understand any command like turn on the LED light, dim the front door light socket (maybe one day they'll enable a feature to do that), the App Settings only shows Clear Cache.. the live image is 1 hour off from the phone clock the light timer needs to be set to the live image time .. support finally came back and said you sync time that worked. The full night color intelligence is just a bright spotlight its not IR color (there is IR it's B&W) .. the instructions are skimpy (how to turn on/off the light? spotlight turning on seems random (motion sensed?) .. this device needs a detailed video demo,. Live support is AI but I did send a chat and they followed up .. there's no 2x 4x 8x to playback the video like other cams you need to remove the sd card to fast forward as far as I can tell? Easier if looking for events.. how to put in the sd card, there's no menu setting (looks like you unscrew the camera from the socket, then manually move the fixture until you see the sd card socket, make certain to press back in the soft cover enough as to not interfere with the camera's movement) I believe due to the mixup on their website saying the LED is dimmable (the original light this camera replaced was dimmable I wanted that feature) they were generous enough to offer me a full refund, I asked if I needed to return the camera or if I could keep or re-gift it.. Below is their reply although I didn't feel right keeping it so I used the regular Amazon return and sent it back for an Amazon credit. I purchased a different brand bulb camera with a dimmable LED, sd card recording, no bright spotlight or motion of the main camera and not IP65. However keeping the same brand means I have only one app and an eye searching camera may scare my neighbors, however the search can be turned off and the feature is probably good to catch thieves even inside a warehouse. The one which I returned is probably a good value, its IP65, however simple things like how to turn on the LED should, sync up the time, should be in a simple tutorial video this company needs to make easy on customers to use. These have proven to be be much better quality and service than we expected for the price. We have been using them for more than a month and they have been great. Good packaging and easy setup. I recently purchased a second set for my grandson as a housewarming gift for his new home.

I like this light bulb camera. Love it? Not entirely, but it's the best so far compared to another camera I bought (and returned). I like that it also replaces the light bulb so it's not dark after removing the existing light bulb. You can put the light on a schedule too. The video image is clear! Motion detection sensitivity is adjustable. Strong 2.4 Ghz connection. Very responsive, instant live video feed. The app is called Osaio. What I like and dislike at the same time is the ability to record continuously (and not run out of space because it'll delete old video files). The problem with the continuous recording is when a motion is detected, you have to wait around 5 minutes for that video to be viewed because (I believe) it has to finish that segment of the continuous recording. After that, you can view it. However, if you set the Storage / Recording Type setting to "Event Only", you can view it quicker. The problem is, once it runs out of space, recording stops (according to the manual -- I have yet to test this with a smaller capacity TF card) and it doesn't delete oldest video. You'll have to manually delete unwanted videos or simply Format the memory card. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

Easy to install and set up, night vision is clear. It's adjustability is good too. Connectivity is about 75% positive. Motion sensor is SUPER sensitive so you might want to turn down the sensitivity, otherwise you'll be getting alerts every 30 seconds. It's built solid. Only thing I don't like about it is that I can't get the spotlight to turn off. The app and FAQs all say to use black and white night vision for the spotlight to stay off, which I enabled, but the light still stays on. Tried contacting support through the app but got a standard answer to use black and white night vision. I might end up returning this.
