Powerful and small
Amazingly easy to set up right out the box. Blazing fast and super graphics quality with my 4k monitor. Can’t even hear any fan noise at all. So far, I love it.

Using this as a Blue Iris server. Works well and saves a lot of space instead of the tower system I was using before.

Esta minipc definitivamente fue la mejor compra me siento super contento ya lo tengo par meses y fue la mejor elección buenas capacidades, excelente rendimiento (96 gb ram), la conexión Oculink cumple la tengo conectada a una Radeon 9070 XT y es una locura. 100% recomendable.

Blue screen on initial setup. Defective
If I could give this zero I would. Worst computer product I have ever received. During first power on and set up of windows it crashed and blue screened. I powered it down and tried to reboot which immediately crashed and blue screened again. The only items that were attached to it were 2 monitors, a mouse and keyboard. It was hot when I unplugged everything from it. I decided to return immediately and not work with customer support. Defective! Would not recommend!!!!

Great customer support
My neptune hx99g stop working after 6 months. Minisforum's customer support is excellent and took care of my issue in a timely manner. Due to the discontinuation of the model, they replaced it with a um890 pro. So far so good. I am a satisfied customer.

Does not work 30 days to refund.
Will not boot from USB drive. Can not set pin in windows os. Finger print reader will not work. Amazon will take 30 days for refund. Buyer beware
