HERSHEY'S Milk Chocolate with Almonds XL, Candy Bars, 4.25 oz (12 Count, 16 Pieces)

First off. There's just something about Hershey's chocolate. Full disclosure: American here. We know that most of the world doesn't understand this, but we love this stuff so hard it's not even funny. Why? Because we've been eating it since before we could pronounce "chocolate." Childhood is when your tastes are forming and American kids (mostly) consume these early and often. So our palates are conditioned (ruined) pretty quickly. After that, when we want Hershey's nothing else will do. We know it's butyric acid. We don't care. Secondly, like most kids, I was only allowed one regular size bar a day, if that. Definitely good parenting, but the 8 year old that still lives inside me saw this listing and he immediately growled "Do it! Order them now!" Typically I ignore him when he tells me to slide down a railing in public, hum the song Time Is On My Side while standing in line at the store or to do the Funky Chicken while I'm waiting for my wife to come out of a public restroom. But this time.... THIS time he was making sense. My wife even gawked at the box as I triumphantly pulled it from its delivery vessel. (3/4 empty Amazon box) Then she said "Why did you get so many?" I forgive her. There is no way to properly describe popping open this box to reveal these XL bars with the gold accents. Not gonna lie, fam. I got a little tingle up my spine. You can chuckle if you want, but for me it's the little things. Sometimes in the middle of your crazy life, all you want is a little chocolate and a little love. You know what? Chocolate is a lot easier to come by in this world, and that's a fact. There's your social commentary for the day. Let's all get high on chocolate and go spread some love around. If you're not American, we love Cadbury too! Finally, if you're on the fence, here are two things to consider. Is it above 70 degrees before noon today? Pump the brakes. Even with dry ice packaging you are taking a chance. Also, remember these are the XL bars. These are the size of a small Paperback and thicker than the regular or "sharing size." I mean, I can make an entire bar disappear in 3 minutes but just realize this is 3.3 pounds of chocolate. Did that just freak you out or make you start bouncing up and down excitedly? Former: skip it. Latter: Pull the trigger now.

What can I say - It's Hershey's and it's good. The price is also competitive. I would buy again if needed.

The candy was great, but this is the 2d time the package (I assume sealed by Hershey) was short a candy bar. 2d time, these are LARGE candy bars (which is the reason I ordered this specific item), and $35 cost caused me to "downgrade" the item. Respectfully,
