Great tallow. Is used on my sons skin because he has eczema. Its good quality and a little goes a long way. It has a very mild beef smell. But obviously great for cooking as well.

El sebo de ternera de Ossa, al igual que su ghee, son de muy buena calidad y con un sabor muy suave. Proceden de vacas británicas, criadas con pasto, por lo que su calidad nutricional es muy alta. Lo usamos para cocinar y también para enriquecer el caldo de huesos, dentro de una dieta cetogénica.
