I love this fan. Not only does it look nice, but it works just how I like it. It’s quiet, even on full blast, but to be honest, it doesn’t need to be on full. My previous fan had to be on full to have any relief and it was noisy. I also love that it has a timer.

I don't normally put my opinion on the internet however, if there was ever a reason it would be this fan. Ever since we bought this unsuspecting fan our lives have been unequivocally improved. When I saw the price I thought "wow that's a good deal" and upon installing I have retracted my first statement as it doesn't even come close to doing it justice. I just want to say how much I appreciate the engineering feat that is this fan. First of all it was extremely easy to install, the blades are solid and fit seamlessly. Second, the space for electrical components it more that adequately sized and as an electrician this is a big gold star on the chart of approval. Thirdly, the motor is as silky smooth as the finest cashmere scarf. The silence of it is poetry in motion. And last but not least, it pushes so much air that thor himself would be proud of this storm it kicks up. So in conclusion, I would recommend you buy this fan, you won't be disappointed.

Good quality product, however quite difficult to install as the ceiling cover is quite small and therefore difficult to contain all the wiring and remote. The paper instructions. are very poor - diagrams only. There is a good video though in the images section that helped a lot. This is my second fan, the first installed without too many issues but with the second, the remote didn't work. Take heed of the 'Remote Control' instructions, section number (3) as this was the cause of the problem. Buttons 1 & 2 need to be pressed together, very quickly, once you switch the fan on from the light switch. 2 other issues during assembly: (1) The rod that the unit hangs from needs to have the 3 holes at the top (2) The ceiling bracket has 4 screws, 2 of then are loose (diagonal). They need to be loosened a bit more so that ceiling cover goes on to them easily. Hope that helps.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Excellent ceiling fan. Very quiet. Great idea to have 6 speed settings. Remote control very easy to use for light and fan speed. Great price for the item. Thank you for double boxing due to nosey neighbours!

This fan is an upgrade from what we originally had, and it's so much more. Never had one that does what it says on the box! It's very quiet, remote works really well, the down draft is much better with bigger blades and looks good. The only fiddly bit is where you put the reciever box it took hubby a bit longer to do this and perhaps a bit more information is needed bit overall it's great.

The unit is really well built and functions well. The remote feels solid and works at long distances. The six different speeds give you plenty of options to adjust the intensity, and the light is bright and warm. My setup meant that there were quite a few wires in my wiring loop, which made it difficult to fit the unit as there wasn't a lot of space for five cables. I was able to make it work, but some cables can be seen in the picture. It was a small annoyance but not anything the normal person would spot. Also, this particular problem is likely very uncommon; I only raise it in case you have a big loop and double light switch setup. I lost the remote within the first few days because I'm an idiot, but the customer support team was kind enough to ship me a replacement free of charge! For anyone wondering, the remote works in the 433mhz range, so if you're looking to turn this into a smart device, you can use an RF bridge to talk to the Home Assistant.

Excellent fan, money well spent. No noise and great in the summer, would highly recommend to anyone

I purchased 4 ceiling fans from Cjoy. Yesterday an electrician assembled them. Three are perfect and look lovely. Unfortunately the 4th one does not work and I cannot find any way to contact the seller. They are now unavailable.
