Dash Salt-Free Seasoning Blend, Original, 2.5 Ounce

Love this seasoning. Delicious taste without salt is a win for me. Use on meat, fish and vegetables. Bit costly but worth it as a little goes a long way.

I’ve been trying to cut back on sodium, and this Dash Original blend has been a lifesaver in my kitchen. I’ve used it on everything from baked chicken to roasted potatoes, even sprinkled it on popcorn once, and it always adds flavor without me missing the salt. It is very versatile. The mix of herbs and spices feels balanced — nothing too overpowering, just a good all-around seasoning. The 2.5 oz size is convenient for the price, and since a little goes a long way, one bottle lasts longer than I expected. I’ve been using it several nights a week and still have plenty left. For under $3, the quality is surprisingly good, and it doesn’t taste artificial the way some cheap seasonings do. If you’re used to really salty food, it might take a little adjustment, but once you get used to it, this blend makes low-sodium cooking so much easier. Definitely a staple in my pantry now.

Lovely alternative to salty flavourings. If you have high BP then these are definitely for you, and if you don't, they are still excellent in the kitchen cupboard. Would recommend especially if you can find them on offer.

I have been using less salt for many years by compensating with tasty herbs and spices and Mrs. Dash has a lot of great alternatives. Would love to have one of each of her varieties but on a tight budget so I buy as I can and this one is a great blend for Mexican or any Tex-Mex style dish or even just to give a non-Mexican dish a little kick.
