I bought this Coolcrazy Dash Cam last month because of the wild drivers out here in Texas.I will say only few words about this camera because I really like this Dashcam features. I am really enjoying having this product in my car.And absolutely this dashcam is well-made with stunning 4k clarity, easily to set up and install. It captures clear footage license plates and road signs which is exactly what we need.And one more thing about this dash cam, while driving for a mile the camera turn off itself but they say no need to worry because it turns off for saving the power and still on that mood it continues on recording. so, no need to worry about that.And yeah, i am really happy to find this Dashcam. I would highly recommend this CoolCrazy Dash Cam,loving this. Thank you.

Works well, great picture quality especially given the price. Very clear picture and little blur. One thing the manufacturer should consider is an optional extender cord for the rear view. I drive a Subaru Outback, which is basically a glorified hatchback. I'm a bit of a "neat freak", especially when it comes to cords (occupational hazard). To keep the rear facing cord hid, I tucked it in along the passenger side door frame at the floor board. I had to mount it on my "Trunk" cover instead of on the hatch at the window. Not a big deal at all, still has great line of sight, but the cord length may be a deal breaker for some crossovers, vans, large SUVs if the owner doesn't want cords all over the place.

Camera was easy to set up and is relatively out of the way. However it randomly beeps and flashes that no memory card is present, even tho the memory card was not removed. Kind of annoying

It's a fantastic dash cam. Everyone in the family uses this particular CoolCrazy. It really helped one of our young drivers when he was rear ended going to school. Customer service too is very much on top of their game. They're extremely helpful, back the product and communicate frequently and punctually. Really enjoy this dash cam!

24/7 customer support is a lie. I tried to contact the support via mail but no response so far. - cam fails to save recordings even if I shake it (sensitivity already set to high via app) - the app is garbage and looses connection to cam every couple of minutes - all the cam does is saving the latest video "chunks" on the sd card and you have to turn off the cam and download the right video file if you want to keep it - audio is horrible. If you think you could record someone insulting or threatening you, forget it. It seems the mic is broken?? There is nothing obstructing the mic on my setup but you can just barely hear someone talking - Video quality is okay, but that's it. That's all you get for over 80 EUR. The best part is when you discover all the flaws just when you need a recording because of something happened. Oh and I'm stuck with it now because amazon won't let me return this broken piece of crop anymore. Thanks amazon.

I am so thankful that I purchased this dash cam. My car was rear ended recently, and the resolution of the camera is very high and was able to capture everything, including the license plate number. Installation was also very easy and it took me about an hour to complete. It has been a very reliable camera.

The camera itself records in decent quality and was easy to set up but the app functionality is absolutely terrible. The device continuously turns off WiFi mode every few minutes for some reason, even after I turned the screen saver off and kept the app open, with my phone literally next to the device. In order to surf through a day of footage I had to reconnect half a dozen times. Then to make things worse, the device routinely freezes and must be unplugged in order to reset it. Leading me to need to connect to WiFi again and start all over. Another small gripe I have over this product is that it requires extra hardware for the 24 hour parking mode. That is mentioned here on the product page, so I take blame for that ofcourse. However I don’t think they should mention this function in the title if you need extra stuff to use it - it seems intentionally misleading. I came to my vehicle and found front end damage, yet bo footage, after I struggled with the terrible app connectivity for half an hour.

I have no issues with this product after trying 2 dashcams before (1 from tiktok shop and 1 from ebay) This one is slightly higher price wise but setup and user friendly makes it so worth it. I am more impressed with the durability and quality material used. Plus it looks stylish and compliments car interior nicely.

Gute Kamera bin zufrieden, vorallem für den jetzigen Preis ein guter Deal. An alle die Probleme mit der App haben, ladet einfach die App runter die den selben Namen hat wie die Kamera (CoolCrazy) nicht die Viidure App. Und zu der Bewertung von Bambi, das Wifi muss nicht aktiv sein damit die Kamers aufnimmt, die startet sobald die Zündung an ist und klar hat die hintere Kamera auch ein Kabel, was denn sonst. Ich empfehle einigen mal auf YT nach Reviews zu schauen, das würde wohl einige Fragen beantworten bevor man eine schlechte Rezension schreibt. Zudem habe ich noch keine kabellose Dashcam mit Akku gesehen... komische Sachen die ihr euch da ausdenkt. Die Kamera ist gut und solide und für den Preis haben nur wenige einen Saugnapf. Einfache Installation und mit Ersatzfolie.
