I had been struggling to find a good sleep aid that included melatonin but wasn’t a gummy—why is that so hard to find? After searching Amazon, I came across these and decided to give them a try. I am so glad I did! Finally, a product I’ll be repurchasing again and again. This sleep aid has made a world of difference for me. Not only does it help me fall asleep quickly, but it also allows me to stay asleep much more soundly throughout the night. It’s been such a relief to wake up feeling rested and refreshed. Not better
I was excited to find this product. I don’t know if the melatonin I would use just wasn’t working anymore, so when I read magnesium and melatonin is better, I was so happy to find this product. After over a month of using it nightly, there has been absolutely zero improvement in my sleep. I still wake up 2-3 AM unable to go back to sleep. I still wake up 1-2 before that but am able to fall back asleep. I don’t feel more rested either. I wouldn’t recommend this.
