I used 5 pills at a time . Similar to horse supplements.
It's used for horses so I'm guessing it can help me get bigger so I am Gona use it for a year and see . So far I feel more energy. And lifting good

I’ve been taking this supplement for a while, and the effects feel fairly mild for me. It doesn’t seem to cause any side effects, which is good, but I also didn’t notice a significant or obvious improvement. The capsules are easy to swallow and the product quality seems fine, so it may work better for others depending on individual needs. For me, the results were just okay, not bad but not impressive either. I would say it’s an average product — worth trying, but don’t expect strong or immediate results.

Very good price. Half a tablet per day is used for menopausal syndrome and insomnia. I don't know the effect at the beginning, and will follow up if it works.
