I do not know any widely available battery chargers that can charge batteries with such low charging current, except maybe there is one sold in Australia ($15 plus $14 shipping to US) - just search for "ML2032 Coin cell battery charger". If you are an electronics hobbyist, you would most likely build the charging circuitry within your device so it will be re-charged whenever possible (similar to how this battery is used in the solar powered Logitech keyboards).
