I've tried a lot of energy drinks, and GHOST Cherry Limeade has quickly become one of my favorites. The flavor strikes a great balance between sweet cherry and tart lime, giving it a refreshing taste without being overly syrupy or artificial. It reminds me of a classic cherry limeade with just the right amount of carbonation. I also appreciate that it's sugar-free but doesn't have the unpleasant aftertaste that many zero-sugar energy drinks do. If you're buying these because you love sour candy, especially Warheads, YES—these definitely taste like sour Warheads! I was actually surprised by how much of that sour green apple candy flavor comes through. The first sip has that tart, puckery green apple taste that immediately reminded me of eating Warheads. 😂 It's sweet, sour, and definitely has more bite to it than your typical fruity energy drink. If you don't like sour drinks, this probably isn't going to be your thing. But if you're specifically buying it because you WANT that sour candy flavor, they nailed it. I also like that it's zero sugar while still having a ton of flavor. Sometimes zero-sugar energy drinks have a weird aftertaste that completely ruins them for me, but with such a strong sour apple flavor, I don't really notice that here. These are especially good ice cold. The colder the better! Would I drink five of them in a row? Absolutely not—my tongue would probably file for divorce. 😂 But when I'm in the mood for something sour instead of the usual sweet energy drink, these hit the spot. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Definitely sour. Definitely green apple. Definitely WARHEADS. 🍏😂

I’ve been drinking Energy Drinks for a while now, and the Swedish Fish is one of my favorite energy drinks before the gym. I usually start drinking one about 30 minutes before my workout, and since it takes me a while to finish, I’m normally done with the can by the time I’m halfway through my workout. The flavor is what really stands out. If you like Swedish Fish candy, this tastes surprisingly close to the real thing without being overly sweet. It’s one of the best-tasting energy drinks I’ve tried, and I never get tired of it. The energy boost is great for workouts, helping me stay focused and motivated throughout my training session. The can contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is enough that I usually skip my coffee for the day. I definitely wouldn’t drink one close to bedtime, especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine. For me, the energy lasts around 4 hours. Another reason I keep buying these is the value. Buying them by the case on Amazon is usually cheaper than purchasing individual cans at convenience stores or the gym, and it’s nice having them stocked at home when I need a pre workout boost. I prefer Ghost before workouts because it’s convenient, tastes great, and gives me a reliable energy boost. Best pre workout energy drink? Ghost Swedish Fish is one of my favorites because the flavor is spot on and the energy is consistent without the sugar crash.

Our family prefers the Welch's grape over every flavor! Delicious! Ghost is our preferred brand. Effective and safe.

One of my favorite energy drinks! Tastes just like Welch’s grape juice in my opinion just sparkling which is better and has a little pick me up. Only things I’m mad about it’ is how quick we run through them lol everyone says it has a word after taste but I don’t think so

my boyfriend is an avid gym goer so he drinks one of these every time he goes and it works for him. He gets the energy he needs for the gym and it’s amazing for him. He loves the design of these and he loves the flavors. This is one of his favorites and he loves the calorie content for someone who’s on a diet all the time he says it’s easy on the stomach. It’s pretty amazing overall.

Was skeptical about this but needed something to kick start my days as I have early morning starts and this doesn't disappoint. Surprisingly great taste and a large can so it'll keep you going for a while.

Love this drink but my entire case wash smashed! Some of cans were building at the top, others were smashed and dented. Absolutely shocked at the condition this arrived in. It’s not a cheap price for 12 cans, so I expect better. Cannot return this item either so I’m stuck with defective cans. Not sure if they’re safe to drink so I won’t risk it. An absolute waste to be honest. Dissatisfied and disappointed ❌❌

Tried cherry (good taste), tropical mango (good taste), apple (good but too sour), and orange (has some bitterness). Good for energy and helps push through complex physical and mental tasks without fogginess but too diluted in ml which makes it hard to finish for full mental health benefits. Would be great if they develop the small non-carbonated shot bottles.
