This is a great lightweight, high-quality day pack. I used it while attending class, and it was perfect for carrying the essentials. The hydration sleeve also worked well to protect my small laptop. The main compartment has enough room for a large binder, but not much beyond that, so don’t expect it to replace a full-size backpack. The two smaller pockets are handy for accessories, and the zippers feel durable and well made. Overall, it’s an excellent day pack.

This is by far my favorite day pack I’ve ever owned. First of all, the Osprey brand is known for quality construction. Whenever you purchase something made by Osprey you can rest assure it will hold up against time and if not, they back all their products with an outstanding warranty. I made a trip to Puerto Rico earlier this year and needed a bag that I could lug around with me throughout the day while keeping my gear organized and forcing me to travel fairly light. I debated on a lot of other options before landing on this one. I am not disappointed. There’s a laptop sleeve a large main pocket a small top pocket water bottle holders expandable stuffed pouch in a small outer pocket on that. Main reason I got this is because it had both a chest strap and adjustable waist strap. The main pocket has one of those quick clap mounting points for a water bladder. I was able to fit so much stuff with me while still traveling light but had everything I needed for a day in the city and on the beach at the same time. Also, one of the pockets has small organization pouches within it, along with a leash for your wallet or keys. The color is fantastic and I deliberately went with something lighter colored to avoid baking too much in the heat and sun. The size is also perfect for a personal item on an airplane fits nicely underneath the seat in front. The zippers have nice finger holes for easy opening, but I also attach a small S Beaner for extra protection against big pocketing. When researching bags I was originally looking for something ultralight and super collapsible while this one does not collapse or fold into itself is still quite portable and packable on its own with great support. Sure it was a little bit more expensive than competition, but I have no regrets because it’s outstanding quality and checked all the boxes.

It has enough space to carry a reasonable amount of travel necessities, work papers or a magazine or two and an iPad or a small laptop. We all know the trouble with backpacks, you end up filling them up no matter what. And my last backpack probably weighed 6 pounds empty with the frame and thick padding and military style canvas. Well I don't need all that, I don't think I ever have. Checked around and found out that this was the bag to have. OK I'll give it a shot. I watched a few reviews on Youtube but it seemed to be more of a style thing than a functional thing. Still, I wanted some functional feedback so I decided to get it myself. First of all, this backpack is extremely light. What I am wearing it empty, it feels like I have a sweater over my shoulders, or a scarf. There is no weight at all. I have another bag lying around that's about 2 1/2 pounds and believe it or not that extra pound does make a difference and I can feel it. So we are already off to a great start here. Second of all, The fact that the back insert has the mesh and pressure designed to keep the backpack off of your back so you don't sweat. That's fantastic. Too many times I've felt like a turtle wearing a backpack that has become a part of me. Not here. One constant issue that I have noticed and then I also noticed myself was all the hanging straps. Once you have everything where you need it, the straps are everywhere and rather annoying. Fortunately I have a bunch of tiny rubber bands that are perfect for this. Slip them over straps, push them in past the connectors, and now you have a place to roll up and put away the extra strap material. The chest strap is useful, but so far the waist strap is not. It's also a bit small if you plan to wear a coat with it. There is a space inside a bladder if you wish to carry your water with you. I prefer to use a collapsible cup so I can get water as I need it, no sense in hauling the extra weight for hours at a time. The material is a lot tougher and thinner than I expected. Probably because it's new technology. I have backpacks going back over 40 years and this is definitely something from the future. And Osprey is apparently a name that already has a good following, And I can understand why. I used to think that going for a brand name was just marketing and a third party item could be just as fine. Well it could be, but then it's the luck of the draw if you get a good win or not. Very satisfied with this backpack and it is a fair price.

I really like this backpack. It’s well made and well thought out. It’s light and opens up to fit quite a few items. It has an extra strap on the waist to alleviate your back so you’re not having everything on your shoulders. It has two side stretch pockets one each side to put a water bottle or something else. It has a front pocket that opens up for small quick to get to items. It can expand to accommodate more products or you can compact it with less items. All in all that’s a great backpack for a short trip, for hiking or for travel. I purchased the rust color. I like it. I would definitely not lose it. The zippers quality is great. It has a little plastic pull to make it easy to open and close.

Very nice backpack! It is very high quality and useful. It is the perfect size and very lightweight. The compartments are well sized and organized. I like the chest strap and the shove it pocket for when in a rush. The only reason I give it four stars is because it is very expensive. I was able to get it on a good sale, but probably wouldn’t pay full price for it. If you truly need a backpack, this is a great pick, and the quality does match the premium price, I just personally would not spend full price.

Excellent, well designed backpack. It's sturdy and fits my 5'1" tall wife. Osprey backpacks have good zippers and useful packets. Not a huge carrying capacity, too small for multiday trips on its own, but good for light use.

Ordered this backpack for a hiking trip at Glacier. It’s on the small side but holds an impressive amount of stuff! The best thing about it are the water bottle pouches on the side. They’re incredibly stretchy and held large water bottles - which we needed for days we did 10+ miles. Also love the chest and hip straps, which helped redistribute the weight. The backpack itself is super-light, but with 2 big water bottles and all our gear, it got heavy! But with the chest and hip straps fastened, it was completely comfortable and my shoulders never got sore or tired. I can’t say it’s waterproof but it’s definitely water resistant. We got in a fairly heavy downpour one day and all of our stuff stayed dry.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Comodissimo e adatto a lunghe camminate senza sentire quasi il peso sulle spalle. Finiture curate e piccoli dettagli (come il fischietto integrato) veramente apprezzabili. Lo consiglio se non serve particolare spazio. Adatto anche cone bagaglio a mano.

Beautiful well made backpack. All the straps are adjustable making it really comfortable even when it's heavy. You can actually make the weight distribute mostly to the hips. The colour is gorgeous. I'm very happy with my purchase, worth every penny. It's on the smaller side but still fits a good amount of stuff.
