BoneShieldz Tarmac Adult Tri Pack

bought these for my 8 year old grandson who wears a size 7 and is very thin. description did not really say if the size was an adult or child size. We purchased the Medium. Inside the tag says "adult med". They are very nice pads but the straps are too big for his skinny legs even over his jeans. We had to pull the velcro all the way thru and duct tape it. Plenty of room to grow. Other than size, these are very nice and he loves the way the red insets look like "transformer eyes". The hard palm pads are very nice to save his hands and wrists. He is a beginner and falls a lot.

for the price - I highly recommend this product as have used often before I had to replace my initial set. I had purchased another more expensive kit from another supplier but didn't like so went back & re-ordered this product. Can't beat it for the price !

Very tight fit as its advertised for adults.

I got those for my 7 year old daughter; They are a bit big on her but she manages. I got those because the kids size are not great quality and I wanted some good ones;the hand protection fits great but the knee one is a bit loose. I assume in a year or 2 they will fully fit without having to pull straps extra hard. Now, she is big for a 7 year old so maybe kids regular size at age 10 would benefit from those;

These pads seem to be appropriately durable and of acceptable quality. The pads come with a nylon storage pouch. Note: The "Large-Adult" sizing is misleading. They were purchased in the large size for our 10-year-old daughter. The knee and elbow pads are sized to fit a 10-year-old to young teenager or smaller woman--to small for a large adult. The wrist guards fit my large male hands well, but are much too large for our daughter--she wears gloves underneath them which alleviates some of the problem.

These are great for a casual skater. If you are going to skate hard though you will want better coverage.

The red parts inside the gray plastic are some kind of insert, attached with weak adhesive. They fall out very easily and make this look funny. Not that big a deal, I guess, but the whole reason I bought this was because I liked the color scheme. If I'd known they'd fall out I would have gotten something else.

These work great. Err on the side of buying oversize - I bought the medium size for my 7 year old and they work fine and have plenty of space to grow into. He has used them probably 30 times or more rollerblading and they do the job - allow the kid to crash, not get hurt, get back up and keep going.

Good quality set of pads . I bought small size for my 5 year old grandson. The elbow pads are big on him but knee pads fit ok. Hes growing like a weed so they will soon fit him perfect. I purchased on sale for killer deal of $8.95 cant do wrong at that price. Best bang for your buck. Another awesome amazon purchase
