Hi do this have a light for night use?

No, it don't. It only has a little light on the dots above the water temperature part and it's small. I'm glad you asked I just now noticed it don't have a light for night time like my last one did.

Can you use poland spring water bottle with this dispenser?

It has a large straw like tube that extends to the bottom of a typical 5 gallon jug. The tube has a snap lock fitting at the top to secure it to the jug. If the water jug you are referencing is shaped like most 5 gallon water jugs, it should work fine. If not, you might be able to leave the snap lock fitting loose at the top and still have it suck the water out of the jug as long as it is deep enough to not cause any issues. The tube is relatively rigid and will not flex or coil to go down into a shorter jug...
